When I used it for the first time, I was disappointed in two things.①When I checked in, there was a woman's hair in the bathtub.Probably a cleaner. Recently, there are not enough staff and the cleaning is sloppy, or perhaps the hiring of foreign staff is not polite due to the nature of the country, but there is a similar trend at other hotels, and it is not a problem unique to this hotel, but it feels very unsanitary. . Also, probably because they were trying to improve cleaning efficiency, the lighting panels were also covered in dust. Is this something we have to endure?②A young female cleaner comes in and out of the men's bath during usage hours.A woman enters confidently to replenish the towels. Even though the man is naked. Also, when the usage time is over, a cleaning lady comes in after waiting for less than 1 minute. Those who had not changed their clothes were in a hurry to put on their underwear. If you think that men don't think anything about being seen naked, unlike women, that's a Showa era idea. Even a major business hotel chain has same-sex staff patrolling the bathrooms. I don't think this is possible. It would be unbalanced if there were only bad points, so if I had to give a good point at the end, I would say that the quality of the bath is good. However, the lounge on the first floor is open for telework for a fee, and you can hear the meetings of people talking about questionable start-up companies and NPOs. Even in Zoom meetings, people don't use earphones and have speakers, so it's really noisy. Some people are also soliciting investments, so it feels like a bit of a lawless zone. I have written my honest impressions, but the overall evaluation is very questionable.

The room and location are good. However, the staff's response and facilities are the worst.I've been hearing strange noises every 30 seconds since 6am.When I called the front desk, they told me that something was broken in the public bath and they were requesting repairs.I asked if he knew that there was a strange noise around this time, and he said yes.If you knew, shouldn't you have explained it at check-in?Is it possible to give you earplugs?Don't you think that since you made a reservation with a late checkout, you want to sleep slowly? Why not assign the room to someone who checks out early in the morning?Isn't it strange that at 7 a.m., they suggested that we exchange the room for another room without doing anything that could be done, assuming that the problem was unavoidable? If another room is available, why not assign that one from the beginning? It was the worst hotel. The large public bath is on the 2nd floor, so I definitely recommend a room on the 4th floor or above. If you're on the third floor, you won't be able to sleep unless you bring earplugs, and they won't do anything to deal with strange noises, so you'll have to deal with them yourself. In order to make our customers feel relaxed, we have posted on our official website,We will provide you with the best service. However, how can I relax if I am aware of the strange noises that make it difficult to sleep and do not take any action towards the guests?

The room is clean and relatively standard for a business hotel. The communal bath has a sauna that can accommodate 5 to 6 people. The temperature is also good. The water bath is probably around 15 degrees. Although we have pliers, it's a shame that we can't take a bath in the outside air.The breakfast was of a high standard, with a wide variety of Nagoya food.

I stayed for one night on a weekday in July 2024.Starting from Nagoya Station, we went to Legoland and the Linear Railway Museum. The reason I chose this hotel is because you can eat all kinds of Nagoya food for breakfast. In conclusion, it was a very good hotel.I would like to use it again for trips starting from Nagoya Station. The breakfast was more than I expected. You can get everything here without having to eat expensive Nagoya food at night.I went there during breakfast hours, and I was surprised to see a rice cooker filled with hitsumabushi and eel.[Good points]○ Polite customer service at the front desk○Delicious breakfast○Clean and spacious rooms○Large public bath (with sauna and high-end hair dryer)○Ice cream after taking a bath○A wide range of rental items for children, including separate loungewear for children○ Luggage storage service before check-in & after check-out[Unfortunate points]○A little over 10 minutes walk to Nagoya Station○Convenience stores and drug stores are within 5 minutes walk.○Welcome drinks are not refilled

It was within a 10 minute walk from Nagoya Station and the room was clean. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast buffet is very satisfying. Anyway, there are so many different kinds that before I knew it, the tray was piled high (lol). Also, although I wasn't able to go there, there were some interesting pubs and bars near the hotel, so I'd like to try them out if I have a chance. Recommended for sightseeing.
