The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly, and the service is good.The place is quiet because the hotel is located on rather high ground, but for the bustling market center it is close.Overall very satisfying for guests like me in Sawahluntoh

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. No elevator, we had to carry our luggage up ourselves. The room smelled awful from the air conditioning. Room was dirty and bathroom even dirtier. Shower fell apart and there was mold on the walls and the plaster was peeling off the wall. Only the breakfast was ok.

I checked in on April 23 2018. This hotel is located in the middle of the city, with the contours of the city like a cauldron, so it is as if the hotel is on the edge of a cauldron. For Sawahlunto City, this hotel's facilities are good. I have stayed overnight and stopped at hotels several times. The hotel walls are filled with reproduction photos of ancient mining activities. This city used to be a mining area, but over time the deposits decreased. Previously there was a state company, PN Tambang Batubara Ombilin (TBO). Now a unit of PT. Bukit Asam, Ombilin Production Unit. As a former mine, the tourism events offered also revolve around mining. The trip from Padang City to Sawahlunto City using a travel car (executive public transportation) ranges from 1.5 hours to 2 hours with a fare of IDR 40,000 to IDR 50,000 per person.

Honestly, I've been here 3 times, the rooms are not clean, 🙏🏻 Especially the room downstairs near the reception, the curtains and bed sheets are dirty, the toilet is also not clean, maybe the facilities can be improved

1. The condition of the room does not match the price (for the same hotel in another city)..2. Room facilities (TV is old school and can't be used, the room has a back door facing the main road but it's not very safe so I checked, because there was a note that loss was not the hotel's responsibility... wow🤭🤭)3. Breakfast is like staying in a jasmine class hotel4. The bathroom is too simple for the price paid5. The ceramic floor in the room is no longer good. Every time you walk, it sounds like it's going to break...Notes :1. Maybe not all rooms are like this, but it's a shame that I got a room like that, even though currently only my car is parked, which means there are no other visitors (21.00 - check in)... I'm from outside the city hoping the Lunto rice fields are suitable Expectations of graduates so that they want to come back or promote to others...

One of the hotels that could be an option when visiting the city of Sawahlunto looking for accommodation. The building is vintage and is an important cultural heritage site in the world. The rooms are clean and the interior is still a little old school but sufficient for Sawahlunto class which is a minimal hotel. The building is very artistic and can be used as a backdrop for photos. The location is in the city center
