This was my first time using a super hotel in Asakusa. The futons at Super Hotel are comfortable and I use them often. If you stay at a super hotel, you won't be able to stay at any other hotel (lol). In the past, I chose hotels with good costs such as capsule hotels, but after staying at a super hotel, I changed my mind. I also liked the breakfast buffet, especially the Monja croquette, which had a delicious sauce flavor inside. Is it an Asakusa original? I've never had it at any other super hotel.

Checked in on 9/28 and checked out on 3/3. The girls on the morning shift were very friendly and nice, but the boys on the evening shift with middle-parted hair and acne on their faces had a very bad attitude. Because the flight was canceled due to Typhoon Shantol, we had to extend our stay. Three nights ago, because I didn’t understand Japanese, I asked a friend who knew Japanese to call the line and communicate with the boy at the counter. I wanted to call him, but he kept pretending to be stupid and didn’t want to answer. I kept calling him, but he still acted like what are you going to do? Attitude, I later answered the call, and kept saying that since we were renewing our stay over the phone, we couldn't give a receipt because we had to apply for inconvenience insurance. He asked us to book a room online, but we couldn't see the booking information on any website on the Internet, which was a waste of time. After a while, I thought that there should be a receipt for swiping the card, which should be fine. I went to talk to him again, and he directly replied that there was no room... I almost ended up sleeping on the street because of this.

I have stayed at Super Hotel many times. The rooms are of the same standard and very comfortable. However, this time I felt bad when I checked in. The staff at the front desk was very rude.I arrived at about 15:30 that day, which was the hotel's normal check-in time, but there was no staff at the counter. The hotel had a self-service check-in machine. When I wanted to use it, a male staff came out and asked me if I wanted to check-in. I answered yes and took the initiative. I handed over my passport. He took it and copied it without saying anything. He then checked my order and told me that only "payment by cash" was available. When making the reservation, there was no option or any information indicating that only cash was accepted. The hotel There is no so-called cash solution, and I have stayed in this series of hotels many times in the past and all used credit cards. After a few minutes of communication, the counter was very insistent. I asked again, is it really not possible to use a credit card for the Nth time? He checked the computer again and said: "ok". Regardless of whether he saw it wrong or not, he directly took out the credit card machine and swiped the card without any apology or explanation. It was very rude. After I swiped my card and was handed the room code sheet, there was no explanation or explanation (every time I check in at SH, the counter will explain the basic information about the hotel, even if I already know it, but since it is the basic process of the hotel, I should explain it). He didn't even say "That's fine" and just went about his own business. It was very rude.During my five-day stay, the breakfast and morning duty counters were very polite, and everyone greeted me kindly. It is a SuperHotel I am familiar with. The female ponytail staff I met on the morning shift when I checked out on the last day of my stay was very kind and helped me put my luggage ( Fortunately, I don’t have to encounter that rude staff again)The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Sensoji Temple. There is Matsumoto Kiyoshi on the corner. It is about a 20-minute walk from Asakusa Line Asakusa Station Elevator A2b. It is a very convenient hotel. Although I may consider it next time I come to Asakusa, there are also OMO and OMO around it. Dormy Inn or other options. I dragged my luggage and walked for 20 minutes when the temperature was around 40 degrees. I finally arrived and could rest. Unexpectedly, I was told that payment could only be made in cash. Basically, I was living on the street. It felt very bad and I didn’t want to experience it again. In addition, the room is of SH standard, clean and adequate. This time I booked a female-only room. It also provides electric wands and facial steaming beauty machines, and female-only pillows will be placed first.Breakfast is small but beautiful and cleanWe also used a washing machine this time. It costs 100 yen to wash for half an hour. Laundry detergent is provided.

I had high expectations because the prices were higher than other affiliated stores, but there were far too few types of welcome drinks. Breakfast is freshly prepared and delicious. The linen was damp and dirty, so disappointing that I couldn't believe it was from the same chain of stores. If there are people who look at social media ads, you should think of it as something different. The wait time for the elevator was also too long.

Old and super small rooms. A little run down and dirty. For two people and two suitcases impossible. The rooms look like junkyards.Breakfast very poor and scarce. Many people trying to eat for so little food. As soon as you get off, you're left with leftovers or having what's left for breakfast because they stop restocking very quickly. For the number of hotels in the area and for what you pay, there are much better options.

The location is very good, but the room is terribly small (considering Japanese standards).Another drawback was that it only has 1 elevator and it was very heavy to get in and out of the hotel. In conclusion it is not bad but for the price it cost us, perhaps knowing these things we would have chosen another. The staff was extremely friendly though.

One of the budget-friendly hotels near Asakusa. The station is just a few blocks away. It is located on the main road, close to Sensoji Temple. The area offers a quiet nightlife, away from the city bustle. Overall, we had a good stay, with average options for breakfast as well.
