Couldn't be a good place for short-period visitors but it is strongly recommend for a week+ staying traveler in terms of quality of every components that Hotel have to secure for customer including room condition, food, transport access (they operate own shuttle bus to shinagawa and meguro station for free)

Pretty standard Sheraton offering. Nicely laid out with a decent Chinese restaurantt, the breakfast buffet is very good and there is a basement bar. The pool is currently shut for repairs. Small gym with some basic equipment.Rooms are large and well fitted out, low rise - think only 12 stories (?).Service very good - as you would expect.Only downside is the location which is a little bit out of the way, but this is probably reflected in the more affordable rate.Overall a good experience and would return.

1st class all the way!Reservation online was simple.Front desk staff friendly and professional.Housekeeping was top notch. The breakfast buffet was overflowing with options from traditional Asian to western plus omelets prepared to order. The dinner in the Cafe was 5 star all the way and priced reasonably. DO make a reservation even if minutes before. My party was initially turned away being told "all empty" tables were reserved. So, we went online, made a reservation and were seated immediately. The place never completely filled.Complimentary shuttle to nearby train station was appreciated.Highly recommend!

The hotel bus from Meguro Station is very convenient. The hotel staff are also very friendly and provide polite customer service with smiles. The executive lounge feels a little small, but it has a nice view of the garden and a nice atmosphere.Although it faces Meguro Street, the inside of the hotel is quiet and has a calm atmosphere, so you can relax. The water area is a little old, but it's not a big deal because it's well kept. When I searched for Tokyo on the Marriott app, I found this place to be very reasonably priced, so I couldn't help but click on it (lol), but I don't think it's bad at all because it's cheap. On the contrary, I like it because there is no glare (lol)

Had a pleasant stay at Sheraton Miyako Tokyo for business. Service was good rooms were good. The only downside is that it's not close to any convenience stores and it's more in a residential area. However if you are there for leisure, the view from my room is a piece of greenery that really calms you. Japanese breakfast at the Cafe California was pretty and yummy too.

Stayed on the premium floor. I used the lounge, and all the meals were delicious, and I was glad that I could get a taste of the season, such as the Halloween dessert. The interior had a classic and calm atmosphere. The rooms had been renovated and were comfortable and we had a luxurious time.
