Careful not to lose the key card or they'll charge you 50.000 yen (350 USD ?!) for it, according to their rules. Disgusting.

I asked them to keep my bags until check-in, and they wanted to charge 500yen. Extremely greedy, for what should be basic courtesy.Furthermore, they require you to get a card from the first floor in order to be able to shower, and they only have a total of 3 cards. After you're done, you have to go down again to return the card.The owner of this place isn't well in the head for sure, with these ridiculous policies. This hostel is setup for failure.

My father and I, yesterday we spent an hour waiting for someone to open the door for us, we had to stop some strangers so they could call them, they have called several times, no one answered, we have warned that we will arrive around 10:00 p.m., there has been no answer and we arrived 25 minutes late because we got the train wrong.It is not normal for no one to be there despite notifying the circumstances. We had to visit 7 hotels at one in the morning, none of them had room. We had to walk further and further until we found one. I asked for our money from last night to be returned since they left us on the street. Another girl who came alone, the same thing happened to her and they left three people lying in the house. It is very irresponsible on their part, zero care and zero tact.Furthermore, the next day I came to talk to the person in charge and while he was explaining the situation to me he laughed in my face with his partner speaking to me in a cocky manner.An immense lack of humanity on the part of the staff.

Cafe on the 1st floor. Check in there. Pay by credit card on the reservation site. It didn't cost 3000 yen.Convenient as there are restaurants nearby. There is no kitchen. Due to the location, I get the impression that there are a lot of foreigners here. Recommended for those who don't mind the noise of everyday life.◯Inside the room (2F)The bed is on the lower bunk. Even the bottom bunk was off the ground and the bed was soft, so I had a little trouble climbing up.The dormitory has 2 hangers, a valuables storage, USB & outlet, and electricity.The room has a scale, a full-length mirror, two standing desks near the windows, a water server, and a shower room (only one).◯Shower room (5F)The shower room on the 5th floor requires a key. It is located on the 1st floor.*There are both women's (1) and unisex (2), and there are no keys to distinguish between them, so it's best to go to the 5th floor and check them out.It would be nice if there was a hair dryer in the shower room on the 5th floor.I didn't use it this time, but it looks like the living space and rooftop can be used. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity to stay there again.The location is also good as it is close to the nearest station.Bring a towel, toothbrush, and nightwear.
