Overall, the accommodation quality is good and the location is convenient. The smoking area is also very good and there is a place to sit. The location is quite convenient.

So I would like to start with positive points. The service reception was very accommodating and tried their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible.Room: There were so many no go's in the room that I don't know where to start. The dirt is everywhere, the bed linen is dirty and the mattress has bloody stains. There was a lot of dust in the room, so we were coughing the whole time. The air conditioning was really loud, it was hard to sleep. The photos and videos say more than 1000 words. We've been to other Sakura hotels and it's never been this bad.

This hotel has no integrity and is highly not recommended. I booked a "street view" room because I wanted a room with good lighting. When I actually checked in, it was completely inconsistent with the room photos sold by Agoda. Not only was it a room without lighting, but It looked dark, and the layout was completely inconsistent with the photos ordered. I communicated with the hotel and asked to change the correct room. The hotel staff directly told me that the room was full and could not be changed. They also said that the photos sold on Agoda were wrong and that their hotel did not have the room in the photo. But after I responded, the room with light that I booked was not removed from the Agoda website. My check-in period was from June 11 to June 19, and the room I booked was still on sale on Agoda on June 11. From June 12th to June 15th, the hotel told me that there was no room available until I checked out.Due to the lack of integrity of the hotel, I fought for my rights with them for a long time in order to request a room with light, which also wasted my trip that day. Looking at the past reviews of this hotel, their replies all said they would improve. I think one time is enough. It's hard to believe anymore.

I mistakenly booked an extra day. I spoke and explained the situation to the staff (Spanish boy) upon my arrival (5 days before) explaining that I would leave the room at their disposal, and in an arrogant way he denied me any solution, also pretending to call booking and replying that booking had given incorrect information. (Booking advised me to speak directly to the owner/staff because they were already informed)I left the room the day before since I had a flight; room paid for, but made available by the staff.Terrible experience and assistance. I bet if there had been a Japanese guy, he would definitely have been different/definitely approachable than the Spanish guy.The staff at the entrance is not always present. Many times absent. The room was never cleaned. Not recommended. There is better closer to the center of Asakusa.UPDATE: After your reply, if you are so sad, give me back my money for the night that I never used.

I really like the decoration style here, traditional Japanese style and very exquisite. There are all the cooking utensils and plates that should be in the room. You can go to the supermarket to buy something and cook it yourself. I went to the supermarket to buy high-grade beef + sukiyaki sauce, and came back to cook the beef with beer. It was really enjoyable! However, when cooking in the room, remember to turn on the range hood + window. In short, it is highly recommended!
