Extra beds are very expensive, more than 200 thousandGot a thin, ugly mattress...The rules at this hotel are very rigidIt felt like we were constantly being monitored by the staff and security.The room key often gets stuckThen there was an incident at night when the staff just entered the room without permission

the room was ok. although there were some facilities that were lacking, such as the bathroom door which was difficult to open and close. the room service took a bit of time, when I checked in the room had just been cleaned. I had to wait, even though I had already booked in advance. The receptionist is friendly, when you complain, they are responded to immediately. The view is good + the cafe is ok...

The service was not polite, when ordering food the wait was up to 1 hour and there weren't many guestsAnd what's most impressive is that when you want to check out you have to pay for a messy room, plus it doesn't bother you either.

Booked a hotel via Traveloka for a Deluxe lake view room, when we wanted to upgrade to a frontpool room we were told to pay the difference which didn't make sense (Deluxe = 900 thousand, frontpool = 1,050 million) logically I should have paid the difference of 150 thousand but I was told to pay 400 thousand more 🤦 ♀️ the reason is because he sold it to Traveloka for 600 thousand.. while we paid it much higher to Traveloka (above 700 thousand because we got a disc from Traveloka with a note that we couldn't absorb it), this is strange, management. Review it.. 😮💨Then when I wanted to use the hot water at night it came out a little like urine from the bottom tap because a lot of people were using it. If you don't use the shower, the water won't come out 😏🥶😏In the morning the hot water tap didn't turn on at all... It's useless to take a Deluxe room but there are no hot water facilities... it's like a standard room 😡For cleanliness, I would rate it 6 out of 10, basically this is not suitable to be called a hotel, more like a guesthouse in my opinion. Honestly, I will never come back here again!!!!

Maninjau Indah HotelExcess- Direct view of Lake Maninjau 0-1 meters- The location is quite strategic, from Turn 44 you can directly find the hotel- facilities are quite complete- the cafe is quite OkLack- Hotel rooms are poorly maintained, many important details are not maintained properly- Hotel room prices vary, but are quite expensive with the condition of the rooms being poorly maintained- complete facilities, but not maintained, cannot swim in the adult pool because there is a lot of moss/algae- The safety area of the cafe is not family friendly, children can fall straight into the lake

The Maninjau Beautiful Hotel is the best around Lake Maninjau, the view of the lake is wide and the sunset is the best. Swimming pool and cafe are also available

The hotel was dirty and badly maintained, the ceilings of the rooms had black mold, breakfast was limited to a simple menu, the bathroom was dirty, the wooden door was peeling. The price is unreasonable because in the new year it was raised high but the service and rooms are not suitable

Good hotel, just not well maintained. When I wanted to take a shower, the water didn't turn on, the reason was because many people were using water.
