For the last days of my trip to Japan, I wanted to be in a more central and nice hotel in Tokyo and was willing to pay a little more. The room looked very nice and spacious in the pictures, but in reality it was very small and looked nothing like the pictures. There was also a constant smell of urine/toilet, so I asked the front desk for a new room. The new room smelled the same, and because I didn't want to seem petty, I just didn't say anything more and left the window open all the time to just tolerate it.The location seemed good at first, especially since the next train station was very close, but you quickly noticed that strange people were hanging out on the street where the hotel was located in the evenings. Scantily clad ladies asking you for a "happy massage" and menacing men in suits walking up and down the street with these ladies. Not a particularly pretty sight, especially if you're there with your family. The only plus points go to the extremely nice staff and the beautiful spa area. But overall, not particularly recommended.

The room was small and smelly, and the air conditioner had a musty smell. We stayed for a total of 4 days, but were told that the room would be cleaned only on the last day. The garbage in the room had been left uncollected for three days. Cleaning the room only made the bed, and our pajamas were thrown randomly on the table. In other hotels, the waiters would fold our pajamas and put them on the quilt. The most ridiculous thing is that we turned off the power to our refrigerator. Our milk, beer and snacks were still in the refrigerator. Why should we turn off the guest's refrigerator when there are still people staying? Have the waiters been trained? Is there tofu in the brain? Can't think at all?

I used it for day use.My plan didn't allow me to choose a room, but I felt it was spacious, clean and sufficient as it had twin beds. There is also a large public bath, which I think is great for refreshing yourself.

I stayed there during a business trip because it said it had a large public bath and sauna.I was disappointed that there was no clock in the sauna (there was an hourglass, but I couldn't tell the minute) and that there was no cold bath.

A business hotel next to Baek Jong-won's Hong Kong restaurant on Akasaka's back road. The room size is really small, but it doesn't seem to be a big problem if you're on a business trip. There is a public bath on the 9th floor and a mini sauna. It's a bit disappointing that there is no cold water. There is a laundry room on the 3rd floor, and the drying course costs about 500 yen. There is a small bar on the first floor where you can have a quick coffee or tea or take out.One thing that is disappointing is that there is no convenience store on the first floor of the building, but there is a 7-Eleven about a 3-minute walk away.
