A bit disappointed with the price of almost 500 thousand, cheated by the Agoda application which said there was a swimming pool but it turned out to be a GK ad.

Overall a good hotel, but with some drawbacks.The good thing about it is that it's pretty clean and there's a cafe/restaurant on the rooftop where you can work and eat in peace. Very good location. Wifi is also stable.The downside is that the shower in the room is integrated with the toilet, so when you take a shower, the toilet gets flooded with water.In room 302, there are termites on the ceiling, and termite food particles are falling from above. If this isn't fixed soon, the ceiling will probably break>

Great location and walking distance to the clock tower and market so it's really easy to find food. When we checked in, the room with the view out was already full and the remaining room was a bit small. Luckily, in the end our room was upgraded to a family type because we brought our parents.Thank you to Eki at the reception who patiently served our request and to Diki who patiently showed us the rooms and provided recommendations.I admit that the service at this hotel is super friendly, fast and really serves. No wonder the hotel is always busy.Keep up good work

How come this is a 3 star hotel and doesn't have soundproofing? Excellent. Staying here feels like you're returning to your grandmother's house for a big gathering with your family. VERY NOISY. The room is not soundproof.People playing on cellphones at 1 am with super loud volume in the corridor in front of the room can be heard entering the room as loud as clear as you can hear.Not to mention there are groups chatting in the hallway like a big family reunion.Want to find comfort and buy a hotel for 500 thousand instead of having a headache staying here. It says 3 stars, but the taste of a homestay is like this. There's still 1 night left to stay here. Hadeuh.

Every time you go to Bukittinggi, this is definitely where you choose to stay. Apart from being strategic, the price is also the most affordable. Not even 5 minutes until gadang time. Coincidentally, the last time I got a room that had just been renovated, it was ok even though it was still a bit dusty.Don't give up. Haha

The first time I came here and entered the room, it was super clean, the smell was elegant, it didn't hit the nose, it was close to the iconic Bukit Tinggi clock tower, I hope it will always be like this, approved 👏🏻

Hotel with a strategic position in the center of Bukittinggi city. Close to Jam Gadang, just walk.The hotel building is not very tall, there are only four floors and above, with the top floor being a cafe. The breakfast dining room is on the GMF floor (down from the lobby). The view at the back of the hotel goes directly to the Sianok canyon and Mount Singgalang.Breakfast doesn't have too many choices, just delicious. And at night there are lots of people selling food near the hotel, including a minimarket near the hotelThe downside of this hotel is that the elevator takes a long time to get up and down, and also the bathroom has no dry area.Overall satisfied with staying two nights here.

Strategic, clean, but because I ordered Superior, the room was very small, only 18m, even though it was just the two of us, it still felt cramped.The cafe is nice, the food and drinks are delicious. Best.

From my youngest child who is 10 years old until now who wants to go to college in Bukittinggi, I have always been a customer staying at this hotel.Continue to always renovate and improve the hotel.I have seen drastic hotel progress to date.The car park that used to be narrow is now very spacious.Friendly serviceThe breakfast menu is delicious and full of variety.Basically a recommendation for mothers whose hobby is shopping to stay at this hotel.Leave the vehicle at the hotel, just walk less than 500m and reach the Jam Gadang area and other culinary places.I give ten thumbs up for the Grand Gallery Hotel 👏👏

The service is good, the rooms are neat and clean, not like the Rocky Hotel which is dirty and the sheets are not cleanCompared to the Rocky Hotel, in my opinion this is betterStandard prices for cafesBut the food is really deliciousThe TV is also a smart TV so you can watch YouTube, Netflix, etcAnyway, this is good
