Regular lodging during business trips. Right in front of Tsukiji Market, with easy access to Marunouchi by bus. And above all, the room is spacious. It's an apartment type room, so it's spacious compared to nearby hotels.

The person at the front desk was very nice and I had no problems, but there was a small spider on the bed in the room, which made me feel uncomfortable.I guess it can't be helped considering the price.

In the past, you could stay at any time without making a reservation. Last time, it happened to coincide with a festival at Honganji Temple, so I wasn't able to stay the night...Maybe I was pale because I couldn't stay the night. They desperately searched for another accommodation. The other day, I couldn't get a reservation for March, but I went there even though I wasn't staying there just to express my gratitude for those days. Even so, he is willing to talk to me in the lobby. We also had fun with Tsukijiro (the vice president's dog). As Tsukiji's customer base has changed, we are changing our services accordingly. That kind of thing is amazing, but I also like that they value relationships with people 😆 I want to go again 😂

Rooms are exactly what you're expecting and paying for. I had absolutely NO issue checking late in the day - 10PM (2200) and beyond that. The staff there are very accommodating - especially when we checked out early morning. We asked to leave the luggage with them because we couldn't spend the day with it out - super helpful in taking it in and letting us pick up even past 6PM (1800). Definitely an easy choice to stay at in the Ginza area!

The hotel is inside a rather old building but the room we stayed in looked quite decent and clean, I was pleasantly surprised.
There is a very cute dog at the reception and the owner lets you to pet it which gives you a happy boost every time you pass by.

Due to the hotel's mistake, my single room was changed to a twin room.The person at the front desk came to the room.Never leave anything on the bed when you are not using it.I was warned not to sit down.I felt bad

This is a reasonably priced hotel near Haneda where you can stay with your dog.There are some regular guests and the walls are thin, so you need to be quiet.The only room where you can stay with your dog is a single room, which is next to the staff room, but you could hear the staff entering and exiting the door until late at night, and the dog seemed uncomfortable.

There was an exhibition at Odaiba Big Sight in Tokyo, so I searched for it on Airbnb, made a reservation, and went to Tsukiji Business Hotel BAN.I chose this hotel because of its greatest advantage, its proximity to Odaiba. Ohbaiba accessibility is very good.However, this accommodation has more disadvantages, and the biggest stress is the narrow interior, low ceiling, and poorly drained bathroom.Another extreme point is that no additional towels are paid beyond the initial payment, and if you want them, you have to pay 200 yen per towel. The staff service is terrible and there are almost no facilities other than a vending machine.The worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The room is small and old.I knew this when I stayed, so it wasn't a problem, but the hot water in the shower quickly clogged and trash overflowed, so I was soaked up to about my ankles.It was after midnight, but I was so uncomfortable that I called the front desk, but no one answered, so I went there directly and the staff was there.Did you call? When I said that, he replied that he was unable to attend due to other duties.He was obviously on his phone!I wasn't feeling well, so I asked if I could cancel the 2-night stay, but I was told that I would not be able to receive any assignments, including today's.I will never stay there again and I will never come to Tsukiji again.

If you have a budget that you can spend near Ginza, this might be a good choice. it was fun. Although it is not a modern hotel, I recommend it to anyone who understands old business hotels. I will never forget the smile of the front desk staff on my way home! (lol

It is easy to use and is about 10 minutes away from Shintomicho Station.There are Kachidoki Bridge and Tsukiji nearby, so I think it's good for sightseeing.It just makes me feel like it's getting old.Also, the room does not have a card key, but I thought it would be easy since I just had to leave the key at the front desk when checking out.

Although it is an old hotel, it is well kept. All the people at the reception are very nervous. Unfortunately, I was unable to connect to Wi-Fi and was blocked many times.

I stayed here to meet the deputy manager, Tsukijiro, the signboard dog. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and talked to me, which made me feel relaxed. Breakfast was very delicious.
