There weren't many reviews, so I thought about it before making a reservation. It opened in 2020, so the facility is very clean and well-maintained.It's about 7 minutes away from Kinshicho Station, and the Sobu Line and Hanzomon Line connect to it, so you can get to most tourist attractions with one or two transfers. Since both JR and Tokyo Metro lines connect, you can get a transfer discount, which is also an advantage. It's around the station 24 hours a day. It is very convenient as it is well equipped with commercial facilities, including a supermarket. The room is a typical Japanese business hotel with everything you need, and since it's newly built, the room condition was the best I've ever visited in a Japanese business hotel. The bathroom doesn't have a bathtub, but the water pressure is very good and it's clean. The staff can speak basic English and are very friendly.

I felt it was a little small because I was in a single room. There is a bed right after entering the entrance, and there is space for one person around the bed! There is a desk next to the bed, but it is small. Safe, refrigerator, pot, air purifier? There was a hair dryer and shampoo rinse body soap! A toothbrush, cup, and body towel were also provided. The bathroom is stylish and beautiful! There is free bread and soup in the morning. I couldn't hear any noise from next door, but I could hear it from the hallway.

I knew that a hotel had opened in this location, but I was a little hesitant because it was right behind the love hotel district and there was a 24-hour emergency hospital next door. This time, all of the regular lodgings in the area were fully booked or the prices had risen to nearly 30,000 yen per night, so I thought I had no choice but to stay because it was the only place I could get a reservation at a reasonable price. Not bad at all! is my overall impression.Although the single room only has an area of 11 square meters, there are many improvements throughout, so there will be no problem even if you stay for a long time. The most helpful thing was that although it was small, there was a closet, where I could hang a week's worth of clothes on hangers. You can use the box under the sink to store underwear and socks, and store large suitcases under the bed to keep the room tidy. There are also two shelves around the sink, so you can store cosmetics, brushes, etc. The bed is also very comfortable and allows your body to rest. The location is certainly surrounded by love hotels and cabaret clubs, but it's a little off the beaten path, so it doesn't feel too bad, and it's probably quieter than a hotel facing a major street. I didn't have to worry about ambulances coming in and out of the hospital next door. I was also surprised that there were a lot of young female guests.Lastly, rather than complaining, I would like to point out points that I think could be improved further.① I want a mirror in my room where I can see my whole body. If you can't afford a room, at least have an elevator hall.② Since the theme is Sumida Ward, why not use Sumida products for bathroom amenities and coffee?③ Minestrone is served as a free breakfast soup every day. It's very delicious, but I think it would be nice to have a soup other than minestrone (other than the instant one on the counter). Finally, thank you to all the staff who supported us in various ways. As others have said, the staff is really kind. I felt happy staying in a small hotel.

The staff is very friendly, they try to communicate with you, some speak English, however, even if they don't understand, they take out their translator to communicate, I loved that, easy to get to from the station, you have to walk about 10 minutes or a little less, from the station, It is a little hidden for my taste, the rooms are small but it has a very nice dining room in the lower part, they also offer water, coffee and tea, which is a great detail, the breakfast is simple but delicious, it is close to some shopping centers .

I used it on a business trip. These days, accommodation in Tokyo is expensive. Among them, I managed to make a reservation at Tabard Tokyo, which was reasonably priced. As expected, Kinshicho is a fascinating town, and the surrounding area has a very dazzling and deep atmosphere. However, once you get to this area, it feels calm. Although the rooms are compact, they are well-equipped and efficient. It feels like a foreign inn. The room was very clean and I was able to sleep well. I was also happy with the bread and minestrone served at breakfast. It's also close to Kinshicho Station, so you won't have trouble finding bars. If you go a little farther, you can also go to a public bath that is open late at night. If I have a chance, I would like to use it again.

The rooms are big enough for two suitcases. They are far away and small. There is only one window in the room that cannot be opened, and there is no view of the street.
