I stay here every time I go to Yakushima. The house has everything, which is very convenient. For meals, you can go to the supermarket to buy ingredients, or go to a nearby izakaya, which is not far away. Opposite is a beauty salon, where haircuts are a pleasure! (reservation required)

I had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights.We had almost everything we needed for daily life, so we didn't have any problems.Since I hadn't ordered a rental car, I was grateful for the shuttle service to the airport and Miyanoura Port.It was a family-only cottage, so we were able to spend a relaxing time without worrying about the people around us.

I stayed here for 2 nights.It had a relaxing feeling like being at your grandmother's house in the countryside, and it was very relaxing 😌The owner isn't the type to talk a lot, so I guess he's a scary person at first. However, after checking out on the last day, I was at a loss as to what to do as I couldn't book a rental car or a taxi, so they suggested a plan and drove me there, and other than that, they really did their best. I am truly filled with gratitude!Before I knew it, I fell in love with the owner😂(When you talk to him, he's a really nice person! I want to tell everyone out loud 😂)I would definitely like to stay again 😁

The inn was close to the port.There were two cottages, and the location we were shown to was different from the photo on the application.The washing machine requires a usage fee of 200 yen for 60 minutes.When I filled the bath with hot water, strands of the previous user's hair floated to the surface.The kitchen is full of mold. I cleaned the faucet etc. The dish towels in the kitchen are so moldy that they cannot be used.Use kitchen paper or tissues.It's convenient because you can take your car in and out as you like.Use bedding that has a smell but does not smell like aging.If you are only going to use it for sleeping, I think it would be nice to have a spacious room.

They dropped me here from Yakushima Airport. I stayed there for 3 days, and it was really, really comfortable, and I was really happy with the bath salts in the bathroom on the way back after visiting the Jomon Cedar! ! !The room was clean overall!

I only used this place for one night.A house has been renovated for accommodation, and all the walls are made of Hisagi cedar! ️ Toilet and bath!! ️It's as comfortable as staying at your grandparents' house.Bicycles are available for rent, and I was planning to do some shopping on my bike, but unfortunately I couldn't due to the rain.I stayed with my mother and she was very happy.Just one thing...it would have been nice if there was a chair in the room for people with bad knees.It doesn't matter if it's foldable or whatever, and my mother would have a hard time getting up because she would sit so deep on the sofa.I won't be able to go back to Yakushima, but I would definitely like to stay here next time❗It also includes a half-day tour, which I think is very reasonable.I also received donuts as a souvenir.It was delicious♪ Thank you very much.

Amazing place to stay over in Yakushima. So many amenities and accessories - you have all the conveniences of a house at your disposal.Its located in a quiet part of Miyanoura but still close enough to walk to the restaurants, bars and supermarkets on foot.Parking is also free so no need to worry about that.We were two people but the house can definitely fit so much more.A huge bonus is the selection of studio Ghibli movies to watch at your leisure. There’s also other games available for you to try out, including a Super Nintendo entertainment system.Host is great and super friendly too.

2020/11/25-2020/12/01 Mt. Miyanoura - Used by 5 people as a base for day-trip climbing of Mt. Nagata, Mt. Aiko, and Mt. Mocchomu. This is the perfect accommodation for someone who wants to enjoy Yakushima primarily for mountain climbing. I used it for 5 nights out of 6 days (1 night was spent climbing and staying in a shelter).1. Kitchen (refrigerator, toaster, microwave, pot cooking utensils, complete set of tableware, coffee and tea), 3 Japanese-style rooms, home bath, washlet, washing machine, TV, etc. You have the freedom of renting a house in the countryside. It was expensive and very convenient.2. I was able to wash my clothes every time I climbed a mountain.3. We had 5 bicycles, so we went to a nearby co-op to buy some food and ate a lot of delicious fish.4. They picked us up at Yakushima Airport and dropped us off at the rental car company.5. There is a parking lot next to the cottage and about 50 meters away. The exit was narrow, but the inside was spacious and there was no problem.6. The price was low, and to be honest, it was a wonderful inn that I didn't want to tell anyone about. If I ever come to Yakushima again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

It’s the best accommodation!! The owner was really kind and let me borrow two bicycles. The interior of the accommodation also has a great Japanese feel. I went at the end of January, and it wasn't cold at all because I closed all the doors and went to sleep with the heater on.I walked from the port (30 minutes), and I think you can find a bus if you look for it.There is a large supermarket nearby (if you go towards the port, turn left just before crossing the bridge and go up), it takes about 10 minutes by bike.It takes about 15 minutes on foot to the bus stop (Oharamachi) that goes to Shiratani Unsuikyo.

We spent 3 magnificent days in October 2017. The setting is very calm and pleasant. The house is beautiful and comfortable. A real joy for these holidays. And the owner is very nice.

I used it to climb Jomon Cedar.There is a toilet with a washlet and a bath with shampoo and body shampoo. There is an induction kitchen, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.In addition, there is a kotatsu, fan heater, hair dryer, toothbrush, washing machine with dryer, etc.As you can see, the facilities are very well equipped.There is Wi-Fi, but it was UQ WiMax wireless LAN. I don't know if that's the reason, but it's extremely slow and unusable. (probably slower than 3G line)The previous guest may have been using it too much and the UQ WiMax was being restricted.The parking lot is a vacant lot about two houses away, and although the entrance is a little narrow, the inside is spacious and easy to park.I don't know if it was a service or a standard service, but Yakushima's specialty tankan was prepared on the kotatsu.Although the facilities are very good, the price is low, and other than worrying about whether it will make a profit, it is a good inn.

Yakushima is very very beautiful. My favorite place in Japan. I cried when i left :D
