My husband and I had the most amazing stay here! The concierge and all staff is super helpful and the attention to detail is unmatched. The breakfast is what dreams are made of and the rooms make you never want to leave! I can’t wait to stay here again.

My family and I vacationed in Japan at the end of September and started off our trip at the Four Seasons in Otemachi. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a suite which included a living/dining area. We brought along our 16 month old daughter who was also treated with a Hachiko toy. There was excellent attention to detail when it came to traveling with a little one. They already had a crib set up in the room, along with baby essentials in the bathroom. The amenities are top notch and the service was impeccable. We have stayed at many hotels that boast 5 stars, but the Four Seasons Otemachi truly deserves it. When we return to Japan, we will definitely be staying here again.

I wasn't using it for overnight stay, but it's a pretty high-class hotel. Directly connected to Otemachi Station.

The hotel greeted me indifferently and negatively. I was told that my credit card was not accepted or that there was no money on it. …

I stayed with a friend from overseas. The room was very clean.Overall, the service and hotel staff's response was disappointing.I don't understand why 5 starsIn short, most of the responses lack warmth. There's no next time. When I told the person carrying the baggage that this was also the case,Not a single smile“Ah, yes.”I felt bad at that point.wooden toothbrush setJust by looksIt was very difficult to use. When I'm relaxing in my room in the morning"I'm going to start cleaning," he said. before 10 o'clockAnd even though it’s a consecutive night…I went home first and left some clothes in my room (it's my fault for leaving something behind). The response to lost items was also surprising.I think this hotel provides better service than expected.I can't recommend this place.I feel like the only thing that's expensive is the price.

Best housekeeping experience I've ever had and the room was a treat. Exquisite in its detailing and everything I would want in the way of amenity to make my stay comfortable and relaxed. Exceptional experience I loved it and am looking forward to the next four seasons experience in Kyoto
