Overall, the price is pretty good, and the location is really close to the subway station. But for this price, you have to accept some disadvantages.Let me talk about the good stuff first: You can carry your own towels and change them every day. The hair dryer is very safe and the refrigerator is cold enough.Disadvantages: Wi-Fi is very poor and cannot be connected at all. I asked the person in charge downstairs, and he actually told me that he couldn’t even load it.The second is that its security is very low. It only has a simple door lock and not even an anti-theft lock. The third is that there is no charging slot, not even USB, and the charging position is so weird that it doesn’t have to be placed on the desk for charging. The lighting in the fourth series bathroom is very dim, and a shower curtain is needed. It is so dirty that it has not been replaced. The conditioner is of very poor quality and looks like drained water. Then just tie the shower hose to the wash basin. She also took away the bathtub and was shocked to see how much water he had.The fifth thing was that there was blood on the inside of the quilt on the bed. I discovered it first on the third day.Sixth, there are no supplies, not even the most basic cotton swabs or shower caps. The English at the front desk of Department 7 is very poor

I visited in August when it's peak heat and humidity in Tokyo and the AC in the room did not work. The bathrooms are not something I would want to use. I'm always the person who reads bad reviews and goes "these people are over exaggerating it can't be that bad" and I ate my words as I walked up to the broken sliding glass door to the lobby where the desk attendants friends were hanging out talking with him. The elevator is 2 square feet and it almost squished me as I got out on our floor. The locks on the doors are just button locks (like a bathroom) not the safest. Trust me just do yourself a favor and get a different hotel. It was so bad we left after only being in our room for 20 minutes and got a room at the Hotel Gracery (fantastic hotel). The staff was very nice so I feel bad for writing this review but I lost a lot of money on the deceptive photos of this hotel and expected it to be bad but not that bad.

I stayed for about 8 nights and the Korean staff were so friendly and comfortable! And the location is as follows: When you come out of Shin-Okubo Station, go all the way to the left, go into the alley where there is a convenience store, and walk straight. The location is also good. Oh, and I went in the summer, and the air conditioning worked well, so I stayed cool! However, the room was so small that I couldn't fully open my suitcase, which was a bit inconvenient, but it was worth staying in!

A simple hotel with few amenities but exceptionally located. Room for 3 reasonably larger than in other hotels.

My luggage, which I left before checking in, was unexpectedly under the table outside the counter. The shower wasn't working well either.

The room is very small. The facilities and layout are too old. The air-conditioning effect is very poor. The temperature is adjusted to 18 degrees, but it still doesn't feel cool. It is very noisy and everything is gray. The bedside cannot charge. There are very few sockets. There are not enough sockets in the quadruple room. There is no hot water kettle in the room. You can't drink. waterThe location is pretty good. The service attitude of the front desk staff is also ok. However, the room is not recommended. It is not comfortable.

Cleaning is only provided and bedding is changed only if you visit for more than 4 days.I went there with my family because they said it was okay for people who really just want to sleep to take their kids, but please go somewhere else. The bathroom bathtub is as small as an airplane bathroom, making it difficult to change clothes, and there is only a bed and very little space for suitcases.please refer to this
