I recently stayed at the Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza and had an exceptional experience. The service was excellent, with the staff being incredibly nice and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel's location is superb, situated very close to three metro stations, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo.Despite the small size of the room, which is typical for Tokyo, it was more than enough for two adults, with ample space for our large suitcases. The hotel offers a wide range of bathroom amenities available for pick-up at the reception level, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the provided pajamas were super convenient and extremely comfortable. One of the best aspects was how quiet it was at night, ensuring a restful sleep after busy days exploring the city.Overall, the Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tokyo.

this is a great hotel for the price and its location along the main Ginza strip. Rooms were clean and quite modern. the front desk staff were friendly and professional. location is near Tokyo metro station, but JR lines are a bit further away. Great to walk to Ginza or going to Tsukiji.Complimentary water, tea, coffee, and amenities by the front desk.Only complaint is that water bottles aren't supplied in the rooms, but being an Eco-friendly hotel its understandable.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The price does not compromise the quality of service and rooms. Location is super close to the Main Street of Ginza with ~5 min walk and right next to Higashi-Ginza station that has direct train to Haneda airport. The access to train platform was also convenient through Kabukiza Tower. We booked the 15m twin beds room which is quite rare in Tokyo for the price point. and it was quite spacious with a compact bathroom. Despite the air purifier, the room is a bit dusty which cause my allergy to flare up on night one but it went away afterwards. But overall, the room seemed new.Front desk were very nice and helpful in helping with restaurant booking. They even gave us early check-in without fees since our room was already ready. We were concerned about the AC since it is August, but ours worked amazingly. The temperature adjustment was user-friendly and the AC was very cold 10/10.Would recommend this place if you want to stay in Ginza but don’t want to pay hefty hotel price. This place is great for value and situated in a very convenient location surrounded by restaurants, shops, and huge shopping malls. We suggest to book 15m room which significantly seems to have more space than the 13m. We will be staying here again on our next trip.

The best thing about this hotel is 100% the location , easy to get to ginza station or just shop around by walking. Cute cafe downstairs. Rooms slightly outdated , bathroom as always is compact which I don't mind but probably needs updating too. Cool view from the window!. Lovely service however I wouldn't bother with the washing machine as that was slightly outdated and took double the time anywhere else would. However whilst staying in tokyo I enjoyed this hotel! Easy to access and kind staff, and rooms you only need to sleep and get ready in. Had no issue with space.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us store our bags with them even three days before we were due to check in. The Hotel is close neough to metro stations and lots of convience stores. However, there were a couple of things that did not meet our expectations with this hotel. We stayed in four different hotels in Japan, all around the same price range and this had the smallest room for value for money. The bed was also very uncomfortable, we did not get a comfortable sleep for our entire stay. The aircon was also located right over the bed and occasionally dripped water onto the bed and created a wet spot.

If you would like to be close enough to the main strip in Ginza, then this hotel is good and won't cost you a fortune. The walk to the main shopping district in Ginza is about 10 minutes.  …

Nice place, helpful staff mostly, handy location.x The pillows are hard. No other option is available.x My room carpet was moist from carpet cleaning. When I changed rooms, the next window was broke & blew wide open. Only other option was to shut it and have no oxygen all night

Excellent location in Ginza close to multiple metro lines and the Tsukiji market. Very walkable area with lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms are on the smaller side but were clean, comfortable, and functional -- they even had a humidifier which was very welcome given the dry winter air.The lobby has a coffee and tea machine and lots of seating, along with a washing machine you can use for a small fee. The first floor has a cafe. Recommend bringing an eye mask or grabbing one from the array of free amenities in the lobby as the window shades let light through.

Walking distance from both Ginza, and Higashi-Ginza station, making it super accessible to pretty much anywhere you need to go. As tourists all we needed was an affordable place to sleep with access to public transport, and Quintessa provided exactly that
