The location is good, so it's good for access to Shinjuku Station and other areas, but there are windows.I opened it and freaked out. Pigeons and pigeon droppings are scattered under and on the other side of the window.

The receptionist and people working there were very kind however, the only reason why I gave this a three star is because there was a large cricket in my pillow that crawled out. I scream so loud and the receptionist promptly came over to change my pillowcases, bedsheets, and blanket sheets. That being said, this problem should not have happened in the first place if the cleaning staff actually changed out the pillowcases. My suspicion is that they were not changed out.

Overall pretty good stay, rooms are little dated and needs some touching up. The service here is absolutely top notch and even the night staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are alittle small but that’s Japan for you. The location is 10/10 and the area is packed with restaurants but not seedy at all so great location for sure. Service staff here deserve praising! Hope the hotel continues to keep this level of great service up and touch up the rooms every now and then to keep it fresh and clean.

Among the Tokyu Stay branches, I visited Shibuya and Tsukiji, but the Shinjuku branch was clean and I was able to receive good service. The location is really great too. The rooms are also clean. This is why I often use Tokyu Stay Shinjuku whenever I visit Tokyo.

Close to Shinjuku Sanchome StationI'm from Osaka, so I took the Shinkansen from Tokyo back to Osaka."Shinjuku Sanchome Station" → "Tokyo Station" is convenient as there is only one subway line and no transfers. There is a convenience store nearbyThe customer base was mostly foreign tourists. If you are going to Kabukicho, be careful as you will have to walk a bit ⚠️

I don’t usually leave reviews.I really liked the location and condition of the rooms during my 3 nights and 4 days trip.Above all, how much having a washing machine and dryer improves the quality of your trip. When I travel to Tokyo, I want to stay here again. There are many izakayas and restaurants nearby.Shinjuku Sanchome Station is also nearby, so I really recommend it.The staff were very friendly.... It was really nice, so I'm leaving a review.

It is the first time I am staying abroad solo. And this place nailed it perfectly. The room is slightly small, but overall manageable. I was able to work at the desk with my laptop while having my luggage open.Pros:- Despite being at the front of a busy street of restaurants and bars, I found the rooms to be surprisingly quiet and do not smell of any smoke. (In fact I found one of my favourite ramen store a short 3 minutes walk away!)- It is located near two convenience stores. (In fact one of it is at the doorsteps of the hotel!)- It is located right beside the Shinjuku-sanchome station. While this station doesn’t have the commonly referenced “JR Yamanote Line”, you can transfer to it at Shinjuku station which is one train station away, or a 15 minutes walk from the Shinjuku station South exit.- The rooms are clean, like super clean. It felt like home whenever I returned back to my room.Cons:- Pretty much the only “complaint” I have is the lack of a washing machine for solo travelling room, but that isn’t too big a hassle to be honest as there’s a decent laundromat within walking distance (I personally went to マンボー・コインランドリー)- There’s only limited room servicing which includes emptying the trash and changing of sheets unless you are staying for 6 days or more, or would be ok to pay a fee. Not a big concern to be honest since the room is super clean to begin with.- There are no bottled drinks offered in the room, but you can get them from the kombini or vending machine at Ground level.Highly recommend staying here, and will look forward to staying here again for my future travels to JapanOh and one small but critical detail :- I appreciate the fact that there’s a room light control not only at the doorway, but behind the bed too so I didn’t have to go walking in the dark when trying to turn off the lights to sleep 😊
