The hotel is very cheap, you obviously get what you pay for. The rooms are small, have no kitchen and there is no washing machine (coin-operated washing machines are available somewhere near the hotel). Also, the rooms are literally facing the tracks, so you will hear a racket all the time except from 1am to about half past four. Nonetheless, the rooms are clean, equipped with TV and air conditioning and the location of the hotel is very convenient, a 3-minute walk from the Shino Kubo stop

The room looks larger in the ads, and we had cockroaches visit us, which quite frankly overshadowed the whole experience. (Note that we stayed on the first floor)The location is quite good since it's pretty close to central shinjuku, but the neighbourhood in itself is dirty. I think you could do better with your money.

1. Completely clean, no cigarette smell2. Because it is near the JR line, the sound of the train is quite loud every two minutes from early in the morning until late at night. You can feel the vibration when sitting on the bed. It may be a little difficult for those who are light or sensitive sleepers... I had a great night's sleep.3. 5-10 minutes walk from Shin-Okubo Station. Convenience!4. Self-check-in and check-out If you keep the 6-digit hotel reservation number in mind, you won't have any problems.

They serve terrible!! They do not help the guest at all. Expensive for what the hotel is like. They don't have room service or at least they didn't tell us anything

It's just a few minutes' walk away, but the tram is right outside, so if you have trouble sleeping due to the loud noise or poor sleep quality, don't stay here.

The location is good as it is close to the station. However, the hotelThe room was close to the entrance and I could hear people talking, so I had trouble sleeping. It can't be helped that there is only a shower.
