It was written that you should contact us if you would be late, so even though I tried calling from around 2:00 pm until the evening, I couldn't get through, which was very unpleasant. I was looking forward to it because I had planned to stop there with friends because it was well received, but I'm disappointed. I would like the hotel to reconsider its response or write it down in the necessary information column.

This is a ladies-only hotel, so you can stay with peace of mind. The room is spacious and the unit bath is easy to use. There are no extra chairs or tables, so if you want to eat slowly in your room, I don't think it's suitable. There is a cafe on the first floor that sells Korean sweets. The man at the reception is very nice and that's one of the reasons I keep coming back! It's convenient because it's right next to the train station, but since it's on the Yamanote Line, the train noise is noisy from early morning until late at night. I think there is no problem if you don't mind.It didn't bother me at all, and my friends who stayed with me were fine too.

As this is a women-only hotel, security is high. Even women traveling alone can stay with peace of mind. Although it is simple, it has everything you need, such as a small refrigerator on the desk and a large TV screen attached to the wall. There is plenty of space between the bed and the entrance, making it easy to store your luggage. Good cleaning. Even though I checked in 2 hours earlier than scheduled, the room had already been cleaned and I was immediately shown to my room, which was very helpful.

This is a women-only hotel.I was able to leave my luggage at 11am on the day of my stay. At that point, you will be treated as a check-in, so you can come and go as you please. The front desk is on the 2nd floor, and the top floor is on the 4th floor, and there are only stairs to go up, so it may be inconvenient for those with large luggage. It is a 3 minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station and there are convenience stores nearby. However, since the railroad tracks are next to it, you can hear the noise until the last train. There seems to be a difference depending on the room. I could occasionally hear noises from the next room and the hallway, so if you're a nervous person, you might want to stay away.It seems that the surrounding area is not very safe either. The room was clean and had the minimum necessities. The refrigerator is mini-sized, so you can't buy one. It was just about the size of a regular plastic bottle.Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel in terms of location, cleanliness, women only, and price.

It was really good ♡ I would like to use it again! Once you check in, you can come and go as you like, and it's right next to the station, so it's only for women, so you feel safe. There was a male staff member at the front desk who was kind and helpful.

The location is perfect! Therefore... I'm concerned about the sound of trains and announcements along the tracks.I have the impression that it might be a little harsh for people who are sensitive to noise. However, the room itself was simple and nice.

Used by 1 person for 1 night. I thought the room would be small since it was reasonably priced, but I was surprised at how spacious and clean it was. There are no fancy amenities or services, but there is a convenience store nearby so it wasn't too much of a problem. It was a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station, and there was no elevator, so it might be a bit difficult for people with heavy luggage. Personally, I was very satisfied. I would like to use it again.
