Great location, short walk to Tokyo Station, Ginza shopping area, and Tsukiji outer market. Loved the common area with snacks, drinks machines, including sake and some light food on level 2.

Hotel well located, 8 minutes walk from Tokyo station, central exit, as well as close to subway stops. Rooms very clean but not very spacious. The breakfast is simple with basic options but meets convenience well. On the second floor you can use the space in the afternoon and evening for snacks and meals. They serve soft drinks and amenities. It's really worth it, and I really enjoyed the service. It was a good experience

Wow what a Gem of a hotel! We usually like to stay at 5* hotels however this was not an option in Tokyo as it was impossible to find a hotel with everyone in the same room with seperate beds! Drum roll...the Karaksa Colors Hotel delivered! For a 3* hotel this accomodation punches well above its weight. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 night stay at this hotel as there is so much to love about it:- Our room was a comfort quadruple and having a single bed each was great! You can even push the two single beds together if you would like to be closer to your partner/spouse.- Air-conditioning/Heating was so quiet! Which meant that sleeping was a breeze.- The shower was my favourite, there were 3 settings! At first I thought I needed a PHD to master the switches however after a couple of days it was blissful!- There is a washer/dryer in your room! Life saver as we were able to travel light.- Refreshments and snacks are FREE each day on level 2.- Reception staff are so friendly and helpful.- Breakfast was way better than I expected - absolutely loved the scrambled eggs each day along with stir fries, soups and salads. Kids loved all the patisseries. Maria the chef is so sweet and a great cook! A real asset to the hotel.- The location cannot be beaten! A quick walk to Tokyo station which boasts hundreds of shops and restaurants under the station. You can spend days under Tokyo station alone.- 20 minute walk to all the great shops in Ginza including a HUGE Bic Camera.- Lawson convenience store a few doors down and a Family Mart about 4 min away.- Nihombashi station only a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. This is the station we used almost daily as it was convenient and quick to get to many locations. Some reviewers complained about the size of the rooms, yes Tokyo accomodation is tight anywhere you go, if you want more space you need to pay double or triple so I do not understand why people complain when they are not prepared to pay extra. Knowing that all rooms are small in Tokyo is the main reason we decided to travel with carry on sized suitcases and choose this hotel as it has a washing machine in the room so we could wash our clothes in our room. Having carry on suitcases also allowed all our suitcases to be placed on the floor in a row in the room so we could conveniently open them each day. Hence we did not have a problem with space in this hotel.Thank you Karaksa for a wonderful stay and such lovely staff.

Do NOT BOOKI tried to change my reservation 2 days before arrival. Changing to one day later. I was charged 100% cnacellation fee. And then they asked me to re-book. Bad business people, or they have so many customers they don't care. 23rd hotel I have booked this year, never had that happen.
