The hotel's location was excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. However, the building houses two separate brands, which made it a bit confusing to find the lobby and entrance on the first day. The view from the hotel room was fantastic, offering great scenery outside the window. While I enjoyed my stay, I did find the price a bit on the expensive side.

This place is very central and 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku station in where you can find tons of restaurants, cafes and shoppingPlease note though that it can get very busy and lots of party people at night especially every Friday until the weekend . Kudos to the city as they are pretty quick in cleaning the area very early in the morning. The hotel itself is 5* in terms of service, cleanliness as it’s only 1 year old hotel. Its located in Tokyo Kabukicho Tower and lobby are located on the 19th floor.Amazing service- They help us send our baggages to Osaka from Tokyo and they filled up the forms and called our hotel in Osaka to communicate on our behalf.Room- We booked premium room so it’s a bit spacious that the standard room and they assigned us a room in 34th floor which has amazing sun rise and city night ambiance!!Amazing hotel!!

Apart from the poor service I received from the hotel staff, the stay was overall decent. As one of my luggages was broken with the lock not working anymore, I asked if there is any bin that I could dispose of it on the day I checked out my room.I explicitly mentioned that I do not want to pay and I can dispose of the luggage myself. The hotel staff kept insisting on taking it and mentioning something like the tax which I thought it was covered in the tax I paid when I checked in so I assumed it was free as she didn’t specify. Then she had the audacity to ask me ‘how would you like to pay’ without telling me how much it was beforehand nor it costs money to dispose my luggage. Very blindsided and displeased by this whopping 17£ charge. Staff assisted me doesn’t speak good English and it caused me inconvenience and annoyance.

I absolutely loved this hotel in Shinjuku. The rooms are spacious and modern and the staff are great. I know this part of Shinjuku has a bad reputation but don't worry. It's very safe and you're more away from most of the craziness of Shinjuku at this hotel. Highly recommend!

The night view and daytime city view are good. There is no need for a separate observatory.
