2023.07 Revisited in the last week before summer vacation. Checked into the room I had checked out of a week ago. Relax in the tatami room. This time we also used a private bath. You may be concerned about the bubbles in the bathtub, but they come from a jacuzzi and will disappear quickly. This time, I didn't touch the cautious cat outside.As everyone has written, the slope leading to the inn is steep, but I was able to get through it with Alphard without any problems. This may be difficult if the vehicle height is low. In conclusion, I should have known about this inn a little earlier. Even with air conditioning, it's cheap at 4,900 yen for two people (2,450 yen per person). The room was also larger and cleaner than I expected. There is a toilet and shower in the room, and you can also use the private bath if it is vacant. I stayed for 2 nights because the room was better than I expected. The noise from next door and upstairs doesn't bother me too much. Check-out is also unattended and easy. An inn that I would like to use again.2024.07 I used it again this year. This time it's a western style room. It's convenient because it's just 10 minutes by car to Shimoda.2024.09 Revisited. It is a base for sightseeing in Shimoda and Minamiizu. Once the summer vacation is over, there will be vacant rooms.

It costs 4,000 yen for two people, and the air conditioner is an additional 500 yen, but the cost performance is very good. The smell of the futon is also perfect. We rented a gas stove for 500 yen per person for an hour and had an indoor BBQ! Seasonings, chopsticks, and plates are provided, so you only need to buy food! thank you. There was a cute dog! They seem to have strict rules (of course, lol), but everyone was quiet, so I was able to sleep comfortably. However, I don't like insects, so I was scared by the insects that kept popping up in my room, lol, but no big insects! You can also take a shower, so it's great after being in the sea!

I've stayed here at least 4 times in the past few years and I think the place is decent, especially for the price. The location way up that hill and to the back can be daunting if you're carrying lots of stuff but the walk is really only about 8 minutes. There's no one at reception most of the time but it works. Bring your translator to be sure you can read the message on the front door as it may change but as of last month, it stayed there is no one at reception from one am to 3 pm, if I remember the times correctly. It also says you can use the parking before checking if any spots are available. I was on the second floor in the rear but the window faced front above the entrance and parking. The room is about a nine by twelve, had a small toilet room and a doorless shower/tub room with a curtain across the entrance. The bed was a double and fairly comfortable and there was a small flat-screen TV, couch and dresser with mirror. The a/c worked well and kept the room icy. There is a 500 yen per day usage charge for the a/c. There are towels and toothpaste, etc at the front. The staff are cool and relaxed and there was very little noise. I hate carrying that key and the accompanying stick around but that is standard at most of these places.

It was the worst hostel I have ever stayed at.There are no towels in the room, and there is no remote control for the air conditioner in the room.The owner's response is crap, he's a bunch of idiots who can't even say sorry.It's a level that makes you doubt your humanity.The outlet in the room was also broken and unusable.Even if I called the front desk at 9pm, there was no answer.I was thinking of apologizing for the electrical outlet, but you're making a point of not checking to see if it's broken every day.Perhaps because he was a bullied child, he had a mean personality.Please refer to this review if you don't want to regret it.

It's quiet, reasonably priced, and clean!There were a lot of ornaments and it was fun to look at them.I personally received a Dragon Quest figurine.It was a very satisfying stay 😀✨

It was an inexpensive but well-cleaned room.The biggest regret was that there was no washlet.The second disappointing point was that the water in the public bath was too warm.But overall the cost performance is good. Even excluding the negative points, it can be said that this inn has almost a perfect score.
