Avoid it if you can. Broken hairdryer. Broken AC. Broken bed base. Broken TV cable. Broken coffee machine. Everything shows they keep operations as cheap as possible and don't care about guests. It's very doubtable that they do hygiene properly.The rooms are not sound proofed.Pros:Spacious bathroom.Luggage storage.

Perfect location in the Korean neighborhood, a quiet area with access to many places of interest. Both combines and Don Quixote, very close to the Shin-Okubo and Okubo station, very close to Kabukicho, the Toho cinemas with the Gojira statue, the red light district and the Golden Gai.The hotel itself is very good. It is very clean, the room I was in was 203 and it is perfect in my opinion, enough space, two beds, TV, and a comfortable bathroom with everything you need.It even has a refrigerator and kettle. It has a laundry and guest room. Air conditioning and views of the quiet residential street and the large building with RGB lights. The staff is very friendly and professional.The price is reasonable. ...The only negative thing was the tenants. I had some that were extremely loud late at night and the walls were paper thin. Very annoying if you are sensitive to noise. On the other hand, you can barely hear anything from the outside.

Located between residential areas.It's close to a convenience store, close to Don Quijote, and the subway station isn't far away. The location is good (I wonder if it's Korean or Japanese because it's Koreatown..^^). However, since it was a wall view (it was our fault for not looking at it properly), it was a little...I stayed in an annex and the room key was the key. No clasp. There is no trash can in the bathroom. No shoehorn. And what was funny was that I heard the sound of rain falling so loudly while I was sleeping that I wondered if there was a room with such poor soundproofing, but when I looked at the wall, there was a fan facing outside. When I turned on the fan, the fan cover opened and I could hear the outside noise. However, since I had walked so much, I fell asleep except for waking up briefly to the sound of rain.It's a bit inferior compared to hotels these days, but there are no inconveniences while staying there, so I can't say it's particularly bad.

The location is near the station and you can walk to the street for 2 to 3 minutes! ! This was the reason I stayed here.just…Not suitable for familiesMaybe it's a good time when you're too lazy to go home?No soundproofing at all! ←This is importantThere was no such thing as a view.The door of the room is also the door! It feels likeThe front desk was extremely kind.I stayed there for the convenience of my stay, but it was great because there was a bed! It’s more like a bed than a full flat!Other than that... nothing special lol
