This is a Meitetsu group hotel that is almost directly connected to Meitetsu Nagoya Station.By the way, there is a Meitetsu bus center downstairs.West-facing rooms on higher floors can see trains arriving and departing from Nagoya Station.However, I can't see much of the Meitetsu train (lol)

It is upstairs at Meitetsu Station.Bus center, with Meitetsu Department Store at the bottom, Kintetsu Station next door, and just around the corner is JR Station Tower. It is very convenient to take the bus to major attractions.

The location was convenient as it was close to Kintetsu Nagoya Station, but the facilities and equipment were obviously old and dilapidated (there were many steps and it was the opposite of barrier-free). In addition, the cleaning of the room was not sufficient, and there were many problems such as hair in the bathroom, bird feathers in the room, and blood stains on the carpet. We didn't have a non-smoking room, so we were smoking, so when we tried to open the window, the window packing had come off and we were too scared to open it. The saving grace was the response of the person in charge of the breakfast venue and the food. The food was plentiful and satisfying, with Nagoya food everywhere. I don't think there will be a second time.

[Features] I ordered a non-smoking room online, but it was no longer available on site, so I was placed on the smoking floor. The best thing about Meitetsu Grand is its location, right above Nagoya Station (transfer station), with the bus transfer station on the third and fourth floors, and the department store downstairs. It is a very convenient place for transportation. If you want to take the JR or subway, you can walk through the underground street. After 10 p.m., the mall will be closed and entry and exit can only be done from the first floor. There are many entrances and exits to the underground shopping mall. You can first determine whether the means of transportation is Meitetsu, Kintetsu, subway or JR.[Services] Each floor of the housekeeping floor has different services, and our floor has washing machines and ice machines. The counter can collect parcels, and if you have ordered goods, they can be delivered to the hotel.

Although it was a triple, the room was spacious, with a spacious bath, washroom, and toilet. I'm glad that the bath and toilet are separate, but I'm glad I was able to relax this time. It's also good to have all-you-can-drink cold water from a water server instead of using pet water.There are two things that look like picture frames on the wall, and they look like stains. I wonder if there was a picture pasted on it, which is a shame.The bus stop was on the 3rd floor of the hotel building, so I was able to take a bus to the city the next day, which was great.

I paid money to JTB and was changed to a different room on the same day than the one I reserved from JTB.Trains were passing by the window all night and early in the morning, making it difficult to sleep due to the noise.Is there something wrong with the room when you check out? I was told that I had been changed to a different room than the one I reserved, but there was no proper explanation as to what was wrong.The switch to turn on the light was broken, so I couldn't put on makeup because the biggest light didn't come on.There was hair on the sink

This hotel is located on the floor of the branch hotel. The main hotel can be connected from the B1/6th floor. The 11th floor is the counter. The hotel bathroom toilet is very dirty, the curtains are also dirty, and the room emits a strong smell of musty and smoke. The overall price/performance ratio is very good Low, it is better to stay in other hotels. I have told the front desk that the musty smell is very strong, but after changing the room, it still smells musty and cigarette. If there are three people staying, one of them will have a small bed and the sound insulation effect is very average. The sound of the subway is audible.

Location is perfect. Hotel rooms locate on 12 to 18. 3rd floor is the bus center. Basement is food court , supermarket, all diff kind of restaurant. Next is building is the subway station, JR station is in the other side of the building. Good quality pillow and bed. The only complain is the lighting in the room is very dark.

Arrive at 14:30 and wait for 30 people to check in.It is said to take 5-10 minutes per person.Front 3 counters are not turning at all.This is my first time in a hotel with such poor management. Located above the Meitetsu Department Store, the elevator leads directly to the B1 shopping street and is connected to the station underground mall, making it very convenient to take a bus or go shopping. You can eat all Nagoya's famous specialties in the business district (eel three-course meal, Yaba pork cutlet, Teba-sen, etc.). Although it has a bit of a historical feel, the service staff are very enthusiastic. It is a restaurant that I will visit again.

The room has a sense of history. When I checked in, the air conditioner broke down, but the room was full. The service staff sent an electric fan first to postpone it. The service was pretty good. The breakfast was delicious😋. The best thing is that it has a great location!
