The room was clean and close to Shinjuku station. There was no inconvenience during my one night stay.Recommended if you want to play around Shinjuku. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from Shinjuku Station. (There are also gentle slopes)There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is convenient. There was also a Lawson on the first floor, which I was grateful for.

The room was clean and the service was friendly. What's disappointing is the smell in the bathroom.

The price was reasonable, and the room was clean and I was satisfied. Are you undergoing reception training? The woman was also speaking clearly and gave me a very good impression.Speaking of greed, I wanted a mirror on the table (because I wanted to style my hair with a hairdryer or iron).I would like to stay again.

I went to use the restroom while I was checking in with my sister, who had come to Tokyo, but an old man who appeared to be the manager followed me there and told me to wait in the lobby and not to ride the elevator unless I was a guest. Now that I think about it, am I treated like a criminal? I was treated with a very rude attitude.

The triple room is spacious and comfortable compared to the double room. It also provides a dressing room. The view of the room is just facing the swimming pool and it is very comfortable. With the airline's flight-plus-wine program, the hotel also provides airport pick-up to the hotel. Free service and Keio’s 4-night stay includes 4-day buffet breakfast, which is worth recommending~
