I was looking for a capsule hotel where I could read manga, but apparently there were separate buildings for men and women, but apparently they only had manga for women, so I was disappointed.

I've used it dozens of times.2,600 yen for 12 hours with coupon presentation. Large luggage such as carry-ons will be charged an additional 400 yen. There is a smoking space in the basement. You can borrow a hair iron (Salonia Straight/Curl) if you ask at the front desk. Added on 10/3 It has become a permanent fixture in the shared space! There are no power outlets near the bedside in the nap room, which may be inconvenient as there is a place to charge in the common space. There is a charging spot, but I bring a mobile battery.Perfect for drinking and sleeping until noon. Some reviews say that the lights are bright and there is snoring, but since I bring earplugs and an eye mask, I haven't had any issues with that.Unlike internet cafes, you don't need to register as a member or show your ID, and if it's a nap room, you don't even need to make a reservation, so I've never been unable to get in. Thank you.

If you leave a pouch or hairspray in front of the sink or dresser so you can go to the restroom, it will be stolen. The storage period for lost items is one month, but I told them that I live in a rural area and would be unable to come back for another month, so they gave me a little longer, but... they disposed of them. When I forgot something different, I went back in two weeks to find out it had been disposed of.I would like to keep the items that were inquired about. There will be occasional renovations. It is very comfortable because there is no automatic faucet that shuts off in about 3 seconds. Last week I went there for the first time in a while and found that the drain lid, which was always misaligned, had been replaced with a new one. It's a shame that the toilet lid has changed to one that doesn't open automatically. The towels change every few years, but the current gray color looks like a rag, so I'd like them to change it soon. The restaurant inside was only for drinks. It would have been nice to have some toast in the morning.

My wallet+α was stolen by a hotel employee. (situationally)I left my travel case at check-in, picked it up the next day, and discovered my wallet was missing at a nearby restaurant. When asked about the lost items, the employee simply said, ``This is self-management.''Even if you just run out of cash, it's a pain, but it's too much of a hassle to suspend your credit card and reissue your ID card.I also lost one consumable item. It's too cruel.

The price has been raised by 200 yen per night from around August 2024.Is there no way to raise prices in this day and age? I can't help it because the utility bills are high, but it's definitely cheaper than other hotels and it's very comfortable, so I use it. Since it's in the Kabukicho area, I repeat it.

First time in Japan and decided to stay at this capsule the entire time. Felt comfortable staying here once I got used to everything. Cost was 4400 yen per night which is about 30 usd. They give you pajamas to wear including a towel and mini towel per night. If you need extra towels there is a cost.Showers are communal showers with free toothbrush, shaver(recommend bring your own), shampoo, body wash and shaving cream.Capsules were good compare to the straight capsules I seen. The ac is blasted during the night which is a plus. They have vending machines where you can get drinks, food, snacks and a lounge where you can eat, watch TV and free water.Staff are very friendly but strict on leaving the capsule by 12pm or you will be charge 300 yen.My only complain would be someone smoking in the capsule, musical snorers, some dude scratching his feet every 30 mins but besides that if your out all day you will end up sleeping pretty fast
