Great if you want to enjoy a more local Japanese neighborhood feeling.Shinjuku Line is very conveniently located nearby. It's walkable back to the hotel from the party areas of Shinjuku if you get sloshed - only about 30 minutes.Breakfast is all right with some fresh fruit available every morning what gets old as the menu doesn't really vary from day to day.

I made a reservation even though the location was unclear due to the room condition. The room looks old. Curtains, shower room...If you are going to stay here, bring a shower head…I almost died of embarrassment after seeing something I couldn’t see… ㅠㅠYou have to take the subway to get to Shinjuku Station, but it's a good 3-minute walk from Akebonobashi Station. If you look up the route on Google Maps, it will tell you to take Exit A1, but you can go straight without crossing the road if you take Exit A2!The staff was friendly. They kept my luggage for me (free) and called a taxi for me.

The location and service staff are very good, but the rooms are not recommended. In addition, there are only two washing machines for the use of the entire hotel, which is a little small.

Only two stops away from Shinjuku Station, it is located in a residential area with a peaceful atmosphere. The CP value is super high.

I'm staying here regularly, but it's a really nice hotel.・AmenitiesThe room is new and quite clean. On rainy days, they give you plastic umbrellas for free.·FeeQuite cheap for the location.・Nearby facilitiesIt is located less than 10 minutes walk from the station.About 3 minutes walk to the convenience store.・HospitalityI forgot my water bottle, so when I had it sent to me cash on delivery, I found that the inside had been washed properly.I will follow you for the rest of my life.

advantage:Although the room is small, the distance between the rooms is pretty good. You can still walk after opening two large suitcases, and the lighting in the room is sufficient. There are enough supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area, and it is also very close to the station. The restaurants nearby are of good quality and affordable.shortcoming:The cleanliness of the room was barely up to standard. There was a lot of dust on the door lock, and there was always a smell in the toilet. It is estimated that the toilet drain pipe was not equipped with air isolation. Note that there will be no bottled water delivered on the last day. You have to check out before 10:00 in the morning, which is relatively early, but it should be the same for other hotels.

It's good that it's near the station. There are no cups in the room. Bring it from the amenity corner. It feels like it's eco-friendly, at least. No VOD. For breakfast, it is better to use a nearby restaurant. I regret it at the level of the kids plate.
