It’s a great hotel but I was a little annoyed by one of the workers behind the desk (Ms. Chin is the name they gave me/she had red hair and contact lenses). She was quite rude at times and would snicker behind my back in Japanese when I walked away. She would never answer any questions and always would wait for other employees to help me first. Overall, a very disrespectful demeanor. Otherwise, all the other workers were helpful and respectful and the hotel was a great stay.
