I went for 2 nights and 3 days because pets were allowed and meals were served in the room. I had high expectations based on the reviews, but I was disappointed as it was by far the best ryokan I've ever been to.① You have to pay 5000 yen for each pet, but there are no pet supplies in the room.② The room is dusty and the futon is very old.Are the sheets changed? It's so wrinkled and hard that I doubt it.③We had breakfast at 8:00, but the food was set in the room by 7:35, and by the time my husband returned from taking a morning bath, the food was dry.④ For both breakfast and dinner, appetizers and sashimi were placed in the common hallway and left there for about an hour, so of course by the time we ate them, they were in a disappointing state.⑤We read reviews that the food was delicious, but it didn't suit us. On the first day, I couldn't eat it because it had almost no flavor and was so bitter and sour that I thought the ponzu sauce had gone bad.On the second day, the seasoning was the complete opposite of the previous day, and the soup was salty. The tempura didn't have any taste of the ingredients at all, and I suspected that the shrimp were frozen battered and deep-fried.Also, the entrance was narrow and you had to push the door inward to open it, so it was stressful to have to take off my shoes every time to close the door.Even though I was there to relax, I was so tired and stressed that I regret having booked two nights. In any case, we do not recommend it to those who are choosing a ryokan mainly based on the high quality and food. It's rare to find a ryokan that I can't find a single point to praise. On the contrary, although I had a good experience, my first visit to Atami was a very disappointing memory.

I stayed here during a trip. The young customer service was very unpleasant. The food also seems to make cheap items look expensive. It was a spectacular dish. There was a small insect on the tray of food, soI lost my appetite.Unfortunately, there is no bath in the room. The public bath was also small, and although there was a sauna, there was no cold bath. A sauna without a water bath is not a sauna.I had high expectations as it was my first trip to Atami, but the service that was commensurate with the price was not included.I don't want to go there again.

This accommodation is very convenient for those who use the train as it is near the station. If you have a car, please move to the contract 🅿️.It costs 1728 yen. Also, pets are allowed. The inn is not pet friendly. It costs 6325 yen per head. However, there are no pet supplies.I think it would be nice to at least have a trash can where you can throw away your poop after returning from a walk. When you start barking while talkingYoung master? He gave me a disgusted look.Isn't there a need to allow pets in this case?I think the meals served in your room are delicious.Another selling point is that you can watch the fireworks from the lounge.Only tea in the room.Free service pet No water or coffee.By the way, pets are only allowed in the room.Traveling in a cageDespite the highest pet fee everIt was an inn with no kindness. If it's Atami, it's definitely a stable 〇〇 inn.I want to choose a place that is kind to both people and pets.
