We visited in late November 2022 for our annual mother's Birthday trip.It was quite unusual to take the cable car from the parking lot to the front desk, and the only valuable thing was being able to see the historic "stones excavated for Edo Castle" surrounding it while climbing.I had to wait a while at the front desk, and the first thing I heard was, "We don't have any reservations," so I said, "Shall I see your reply email?" and they started looking again.Meanwhile, my elderly mother seemed anxious, and if I were alone, I would have canceled because I didn't want to stay at an inn that couldn't properly manage the reservations of guests like that, but I was also taking time off from work. Of course, I haven't booked any other accommodations...I was thinking about it, and then I was told that I was staying, but if the guest said ``I see,'' and left, I would not be able to find any other accommodations. What about that?As soon as I arrived, I was treated like this, so I forgot all about the food and bath that followed. My mother and I have stayed at various inns over the years, but this is the first time I've been told that we don't have any reservations.I didn't have a good impression at all, so I won't use it again.

I stayed in the special room 9.The room had a great view and the hot springs were of average quality and not bad.The bed was big and I slept comfortably.Since I went on a weekday, it wasn't crowded, so the trolley ride from the parking lot and cart to my room was smooth. However, if there were that many rooms, I think the trolleys and carts would be miserable when it was crowded. . .Insects are common in the mountains, so I didn't feel bad about them. The amenities were those of a love hotel, and I felt instantly depressed. The shampoos in the shower are also Bijiho specifications. The air conditioner in the bed room was annoying. One bottle of water in the refrigerator is free, but you have to pay for the second bottle. So if two people come, one person will have to pay.To be honest, I had high expectations for the food since it was located along the coast and looked very delicious when I saw it on JTB, but it was on par with a chain izakaya. The golden sea bream for morning ochazuke was terrible.I thought this was reasonable for an inn that costs around 30,000 yen per person. It also includes maintenance fees for the trolley and cart, so I think it's inferior to other 30,000 yen inns.Considering I paid 30,000 yen for the view from my room, I didn't lose anything at all.If I were asked if I would stay there again, I would spend a little more money and stay at a different hotel!

Anyway, the hot spring in the room is the best! The hot water was good and I was able to take a bath as soon as I arrived. After parking your car at the parking lot, take the monorail and climb the steep mountain. One group at a time, but you can wait in a cool room while waiting for your turn. After registering at the front desk, you will ride an automatic cart to your room. These two attractions are fun. The view and open feeling of the open-air bath are great! ! I could put it in anytime and as many times as I wanted and it was really great! Bathrobes and Samue are available. Meals are stylish kaiseki cuisine. Is alcohol expensive? The room was on the first floor, so it had hardwood floors. I like tatami so I can go barefoot. On the way back, they took me to the parking lot by car instead of using the monorail, but it was a thrilling trip down a steep slope.I was surprised that they were able to explore such a high place so well.

An inn accessible by a dedicated monorail. The private open-air bath attached to the guest room has a slightly slippery sodium spring that feels good.I can also recommend that you can eat in your room by default, and the food is of a high standard across the board. The golden sea bream dishes are especially delicious.Wild animals such as deer, wild boars, and monkeys often appear here, and you can even hear the cries of deer at night. If you go in the summer, you can bring home as many beetles and stag beetles as you like, which the children will love. However, it is far from the surrounding convenience stores, so we recommend that you stock up on drinks and other supplies. There's nothing around, so you can go to this inn to enjoy the view, the hot springs in the room, and the food in a leisurely manner.

Even if general customers are fooled, my eyes as a hot spring hotel consultant won't be fooled! The management of this group only cares about making money and is making fun of the customers somewhere in their hearts! It's obvious when you look at every corner of the facility. It's probably a problem with the company's structure.

Even though I paid 30,000 yen to stay at a "hot spring inn", it's impossible for each person to get only one bath towel. The company's rules have changed even after I asked for an addition.Doubting the true nature of the company you manageEven though it can't be helped that there will be insects because the hostel is located in the mountains, it is better to remove spider webs etc.The self-driving cart used to move between the front desk, room, and restaurant is really inconvenient. The cart is not exclusive to one room, but is shared with other guests, so when you have to wait, you really have to wait.I want to check out, but I can't go to the front desk because I'm told the cart is crowded. The room is also poor. The amenities are those used in love hotels. The shampoo is in a bottle you often see at day-trip hot springs, and it's placed directly on the floor.Dryers are cheapTV is terrestrial only, and DVDs are available for rent.Tattered geta and business-like slippersI can see the ocean, but I can't help but worry about the untended weeds.Smoking is allowed on the terrace, so if someone smokes cigarettes in the next room, the smell will come over here as well, which is bad. When you check in, they will give you a 1,000 yen coupon if you post a review on Rakuten, but they will check your post, but it is not a good idea to use that as a basis for manipulating reviews.I guess I won't go anymore

A couple in their 60s stayed in a separate building on the second floor for one night. The view from the room was wonderful, and although the water in the guest room's open-air bath was a bit hot, we enjoyed it. …
