My husband and I stayed in room 406 with a preschooler from October 5th to 6th, 2024.Both the guide and the nakai in charge were very nice people, so I was relieved. The room was a little old, but it was a comfortable space to relax. My son often talked to the Nakai, which caused some inconvenience, but I was grateful for his friendly and smiling response. When making the reservation, we did not provide futons or meals for the children, but they prepared tableware for the children, and since hotpot dishes involve fire and are dangerous, they prepared the hotpots in a place where the children could not see them. They dressed it up in bowls and served it to us. As everyone's reviews have said, the food was very delicious. The large public bath was also clean and comfortable. There was also a sauna in one of the baths. They arranged breakfast times for us, and when we left, everyone warmly saw us off, and my family and I said, ``We'd love to stay here again.'' It was a great inn. thank you very much.

Overall review: I won't go again."it was good"The food was deliciousIt was nice to have a family bath.“It was bad.”The whole place is old and it rained, so there is a musty smell. The door of the guest room was badly placed and I think it was a nuisance to the neighbors. The tap knob in the guest room's washbasin was very dirty, and every time I used it heavily, black water stains appeared and I was very disappointed.Too many big and small spidersThe toilet smells

37,000 yen for my wife and I. The hot springs are so hot that your skin will be smooth and the dinner will be great. The menu does not just list the names of the items, but also includes detailed information about how the dishes were prepared and other tips. Pumpkin chowder came out and it was the best. It's a decent amount of food, but is it a small amount? That's what I thought, but I was full and satisfied. Breakfast was also great. I ate so much that I didn't need lunch. The customer service is also great. The cost is 18,500 yen per person, but I think the accommodation is more than worth the price. I think the food will be highly praised by people over 50.

I don't know about the food since I'm staying without meals, but the building is noticeably old, so I'm looking forward to the renovations that are currently underway. The bath was small, but it was kept clean and the temperature was just right so I felt relaxed. As the person at the inn said, it's built on a steep slope, so it's quite a tiring walk, but I think it's a good inn. There were souvenirs that weren't sold in many other places, and even though it was small, it was fun to look around. As a Yugawara fan, I hope he continues to do his best.

I had chopsticks thrown at me by the server when I was dining in my room. The person in charge of the room showed zero hospitality. No one wants to pay money and feel bad.We recommend staying at another inn. It's a shame because the person in charge of laying the futon was very responsive.

I stayed in a room at Kawasei during the Obon holiday. The room was very spacious and I was able to relax. However, the overall feel is old, and the tatami mats are worn out.The sofa has stains and the table is peeling. It was disappointing considering the price. I wish they would pay a little more attention to the equipment.I thought Mr. Nakai was very attentive and well-educated.It was a hotel full of Showa era vibes.

I used it because it had a private bath and it was reasonably priced. I didn't have high expectations, but the food was the best I've ever had. I ate everything without leaving anything behind. I will use it again.
