I was thrilled that there was such a good hotel in my hometown that was designed for my child first. We usually go out in a camper, but I've always wanted to stay in a hotel with him.It was difficult to make this happen, but thanks to the strength of the local community, we were able to visit in advance and be able to stay overnight.I can only thank Usagi Niikaku for being so kind to me from beginning to end♪I am very satisfied with the view, food, and room.As soon as we got home, we were talking about when we were going to make our next appointment.I would like to come back next spring♪The staff are really wonderful.I will go again to be healed by the smiles of the staff.Thank you very much indeed♪

I visited you the other day for one night and two days.I've stayed at many pet-friendly accommodations, but this was the best overall.First of all, I was surprised at how quiet the room was. There was no dog odor at all, which is a problem even if you own it.I was also happy that there were two indoor dog runs and that I could use the dog buffet all the time.Above all, I was surprised at how delicious the evening buffet was.I didn't really get to enjoy my meals slowly at these types of accommodations, but since the tables had partitions, I was able to relax without having to face other dogs too much. All the staff were very kind and I would definitely stay here again.

This is KAReN at Hamanako Kanzanji Onsen. Although the building is old, it has been renovated and is well maintained. This time we had no dinner plan, but the breakfast on the terrace overlooking Lake Hamana was delicious. We also have plenty of dog facilities, including a dog run. It feels like an inn where you can stay mainly for dogs. Luggage carts are especially helpful for those traveling with dogs.

I was excited to hear that it will reopen as a dock hotel in May 2024.After receiving a welcome drink, cake, and a fish snack for the dog, we went through the check-in procedures and went straight to our room. The view from our room was quite nice♥️The view of Lake Hamana spread out in front of us.It was a nice view.I went to the private bath that I had reserved and wanted to open the window fully and enjoy the outdoor breeze, but one hour was not enough time to bathe the two dogs and let them dry...I was drenched in sweat. I hurriedly left the private bath on the first floor and went to the trimming room on the third floor, where I used a hair dryer to dry the half-dried dogs. However, it's a pity that neither the grooming room nor the private bath have everything you need for dog grooming...please keep at least the various brushes, ear cleaning puffs, and medicine level 🙇‍♀️The private bath was very beautiful, spacious and clean. The refrigerator contained mini-sized beer, juice, water, Pocari, and popsicles, but I couldn't rest well. Before dinner, we went to a drink bar that closes at 7:30 and got a beer each.Dinner was buffet style, and the seats were semi-private so other guests didn't bother the dogs, which was very helpful ︎︎👍Thank you for preparing a cart for each dog 😊Food for the dogs was included in the accommodation fee, and the dogs enjoyed it deliciously. We took photos at photo spots, then went to the large public bath and enjoyed the hot springs. The breakfast was fresh and served in a picnic box style that you don't find at other hotels. Is it okay because the accommodation fee is cheaper than previous pet hotels? I was worried, but with the service and room, I was satisfied (*^^*)I would like to use it again︎︎👍

Our family of 4 shared 2 rooms. This is a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable hotel. The room is compact but clean and has a great view. The large hot spring bath is beautiful and there is even a sauna. There is also a spacious indoor dog run, where the dogs could play with great joy.In addition, you can enjoy free drinks such as draft beer and sparkling wine. After taking a bath, I drank beer while looking at Lake Hamana. This time I had a breakfast only plan, but the sandwiches were also delicious. There are other dog-friendly hotels in Lake Hamana, but I think this one is definitely the best.

We apologized for the inconvenience that our arrival time was different when we visited, but they were very kind and accommodating us as needed. There was a dog toilet and bowl in the room, and replenishment items were placed throughout the hotel, so I never had to worry about running out. Although I didn't use it this time, there were plenty of rental items available. The lounge was spacious and there were two dog runs indoors and one outside. The room has a good view, is clean, and the floor is made of a material that prevents dogs from slipping, so I think even children with disabilities can feel safe. The breakfast sandwiches and pudding were also very delicious.Even humans can enjoy the beautiful scenery and hot springs, and this inn is highly recommended for people traveling with dogs.

The staff's response is also good. This is a very nice and cozy dog-friendly accommodation that starts with a welcome drink and cake. The dinner buffet was also good for the price. It was my first time to stay at an inn that was so dog-friendly. Definitely a repeat. However, it is not a luxury inn.

I used it for a day trip. The indoor dock run was very spacious and well equipped. There is a good supply of supplies inside, so even if something goes bad, the owner can take care of it himself, which is great.Admission fee is 1,100 yen for dogs and free for humans. This includes the outside dock run.It stopped raining so I went out to play. There were so many dead stink bugs that I couldn't go outside. This season is tough, isn't it?We currently have no plans to visit in the near future.I would like to ask you to clean so that other people don't get offended🙇🏻💧
