First of all, the parking lot was too narrow, so I had a hard time finding a place to park, and when I finally got there and checked in at the front desk, the elderly person at the front desk treated me in the worst way, and even told me the wrong time for the fireworks. There was also a buffet of food, but there were only a few items. Chawanmushi only has kamaboko as an ingredient, and the quality of chawanmushi at conveyor belt sushi is much higher. It was the worst. I'll never come again.

16,000 yen We were able to stay in a room with a jacuzzi on the second floor for two people, and we were very satisfied. However, the reception was one-off and the shuttle bus was 30 minutes late.I feel like there aren't many items at the Itoen buffet. Some bathrooms in the public bath cannot be used, and the men and women in the sauna are changed every other day, which is not good, so points were deducted.Recommended for those who want to relax in a nice room.

The large open-air hot spring bath newly installed on the balcony is very pleasant. The room is spacious with two 120cm wide beds, one king-sized bed with a canopy, and one hard sofa that can also be used as a bed.Dinner and breakfast are the familiar Itoen Hotel meals, and dinner includes all-you-can-drink alcohol! If the parking lot is full, you will be directed to a nearby parking lot, and transportation and parking fees will be covered. The price of 30,000 yen for 2 people is good value for money. The top floor one level above is a two-story maisonette type at an additional price, giving you an even more resort feel.Check-out time is 11:00, so you can relax in the morning.

The parking lot is quite narrow, so it is difficult to park a regular car. The atmosphere in the room was good. The first thing was the buffet of food and the reception staff were not very helpful. When I checked in, I was asked to tell me the 4-digit number of my car, and as I was taking a lot of time because I didn't remember that much, I was told, ``You'll be in trouble if you don't know that too,'' which seemed like a unilateral response. He spoke to me in a cold way. Moreover, since it was fireworks day, I asked for the time, but I was told that it would start at 8:00 p.m., and as I waited outside, I found out that it was starting at 8:20 p.m., so I don't know if it was a misunderstanding or if I just answered randomly. Isn't it possible to say it in a way that is more like a person at the front desk? The tempura for the meal was cold. The sashimi was also fishy. The number of items was small and there was nothing worth mentioning. Alcohol is all you can drink, so it might be good for people who drink alcohol.I don't think I'll ever come again.

The quality of the rooms was the highest among the Itoen hotels.I stayed in a room with an open-air bath on the 7th floor. The bathroom is large and has a nice view.Even though there was a typhoon coming and it was the weekend, there was a rare room available, so I was able to make a reservation and visit on the same day.The weather was bad all the time, but the open-air bath in the middle of the storm was quite nice. The open-air bath facilities are new and the cost performance is the best.
