I really want to give it 5 stars, but...I stayed with my family.The host was very polite and kind.The bath was great and the room was comfortable enough.The negative cause is tobacco.All rooms are non-smoking, but the entrance and common dining area are designated smoking areas.My child has asthma and I am careful about smoking cigarettes.What is it like in this world where smoking areas are unavoidable at entrances and exits?Also, the dining room in the shared space is large, but when you open the door, it smells the same as the smoking room in the karaoke room...I thought it would be a good idea to avoid going there, but there was an electric kettle and microwave in the dining room, so I used it. I had no choice but to do so, and even after taking a bath, my body was covered in cigarette smoke.When I returned to my room, people complained about the smell, but it would be really helpful if the shared items such as the microwave and pot were located next to the vending machine.It's a shame because other than that I'm very satisfied.It's very cheap, so it's very helpful if you're traveling with children, so I'm not sure if I'll use it again next time.If you at least move the front door, I can choose not to use the microwave.It's just my personal feeling, but I think it's because smoking has been proven to be harmful that it ruins everything else.

I used it with my family and I thought it was better than the price 😊It takes about 3 minutes by car or about 10 minutes on foot to Sotoura Beach, where the waves are calm and families can play safely. It's a 5 minute drive from Shimoda Station, and there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat nearby, so I think it's a great location to enjoy even if you don't have a meal👌😊Although the facility is a little old, I was satisfied with the relaxing and soothing feeling of enjoying the private open-air bath while looking out at nature, and the owner's taste in interior design and equipment was very good.☺️😊🤙

Room prices are cheap.It will be cheaper if you check out at 8am.I would like to see improvements to the open-air bath as you can see people entering it from the parking lot side.

A stylish and beautiful guest house. There is a private open-air bath, but the smell of chlorine was so strong that I didn't take a bath and just took a shower. Shizuoka may have strict regulations.

I saw that a certain YouTuber always stayed at this inn, and I was curious about it, so I visited.I used Jalan points, so it was about 3000 yen for 2 people, which might be cheaper than Necafe...5 minutes by car from near Shimoda Station. It's located on high ground up a very steep slope off the national highway, so it's a safe location even if a tsunami were to come.The exterior looks like an old pension, but the interior and atmosphere are new, clean and stylish.I think it's similar to the low-priced version of Arnet House in the same area.The room was well-cleaned and well-equipped with all the necessary equipment, so there was no inconvenience.I haven't confirmed whether it's a hot spring or not, but each room has an open-air bath that can be reserved for private use.I don't know when it's open, but since it was a busy day and I only used it once, I'd appreciate it if I could go at least twice.Also, it can't be helped, but the smell is so strong after being disinfected with chlorine that I strongly recommend taking a shower before leaving.Other than the first time you check in, you are completely left alone, and unless you press the call button, you won't even meet the staff.There is a unit bath in the room, but it feels small like you would find in a cheap apartment, so you can't really relax.However, it is the perfect environment to watch TV while eating and drinking the food you brought in on the sofa or bed.I think this is a free accommodation where you can enjoy your stay in your own style without any hesitation.

It's a pension. A very reasonable price of 40,000 yen per night without meals. The location is convenient as it's only a 10 minute drive from downtown Shimoda, and the rooms are clean and nice, but the only drawback is that the toilet doesn't have a heated toilet seat or a shower toilet. I gave it 3 stars because winter is hot. If it is equipped, I would like to give it 5 stars.
