I was scared to go because there were so many bad reviews, but it wasn't as bad as I expected. The staff at dinner time (foreign staff) were polite, and the location is on the side of a hill, so access is not good, but there is a bus service and the view is not bad.The large stains on the carpet in the guest room, probably due to the age of the facility, the lack of a bath in the room, and the lack of options for dinner are clearly deductible points, and I would like the shuttle bus schedule to be made easier to understand. . I also wonder if the occupancy rate is not good or why you can get a better rate if you book on the day of your stay than if you make a reservation in advance. It's not a bad hotel if you don't have too high expectations and lower your expectations.

·roomThe view was beautiful. It was nice that it was spacious. On the other hand, there were some things that made me shake my head, such as dead stink bugs lying near the window, hair on the sheets, and dust collecting around the sink.·mealIt was delicious and the staff was very helpful.·bathIt was beautiful and the view was great.・At check-in/outI felt that the staff's attitude was arrogant. If meals are to be served in check-in order, it would have been helpful if you had informed us of this in advance. There were some parts where I felt uncomfortable, such as the keys being thrown, and the words being harsh.Overall, I'm not dissatisfied with the things I was looking forward to, such as the view of the room, the food, and the bath, so if you don't mind the reception staff at check-in and check-out, or the cleanliness of the room, I'd stay here. I think it's a good place to stay.

Air conditioning is centralized throughout the building, so it will be shut off at the end of September. Therefore, it is unbearably hot. There was no electric fan, and even if I opened the window in the room, the wind still came in, making it very difficult. In the United States, it is common sense that this type of pipe should not be turned off all year round, as dust accumulates in the ducts and bacteria can grow if it is turned off. Are you going to restart it and spread dust all over the room? Also, there is no air conditioner in the changing room in the public bath, and the fan is not very powerful. It was hot. I can't sweat. It was a shame because other than that, the food was delicious and the staff was kind and nice.

Maybe better than the main building...It's not like a zoo...Parents often leave their children alone in the main building, so is the restaurant a playground? Is it a very small house?employees don't pay attention

My parents are planning to visit in October, and I don't know where they are, so I've been calling them all day to ask if they can get a map, but I can't get through. My parents don't have smartphones and don't have a car navigation system, so I think it's bad too, but I wish they would have access to a phone.

Overall satisfied with the food and service.I made a reservation for a meal option online, but there was a problem with the hotel not being able to contact me. I noticed it in advance, so everything turned out okay, but unfortunately I couldn't see how desperately they were trying to recover from the mistake during the phone call. I think it's probably a system problem, so I hope they fix it soon.
