It's a comfortable hotel 👍The rooms are a good size and have a functional layout so you can relax. You could see Mt. Fuji from the front of the balcony. It was also convenient to have a multifunctional outlet 🤭The large hot spring bath was relaxing and we had a buffet for dinner and breakfast, but we were able to enjoy our meals without being crowded. The menu wasn't as extensive as a large hotel, but it had a reasonable number of choices, and it was delicious.

I rented a car share convertible, but the roof broke and I had no choice but to park it in the parking lot with it open. While I was having dinner at the hotel, the staff at the hall went out of their way to check on me to make sure I hadn't forgotten to close the door. When I explained the situation, he suggested that I put up a blue tarpaulin as it was going to start raining soon, and three staff members took care of this after the meal. Thank you very much for your consideration.

I have used it several times. This time, I was staying to celebrate my birthday, so I told them it was my birthday and made a reservation, and they gave me bubble flowers for dinner and chocolate decorations that said "Happy Birthday" for dessert! I had a very good birthday. All the staff were smiling, and you could see Mt. Fuji and both Suruga Bay and Sagami Bay from your room, which would be great if it was sunny! The night view is also beautiful. Of course, the bathroom also has a nice view on the top floor. I will use them again.Thank you for the wonderful birthday.

It was a reservation for a friend.Although it was a typhoon, the sunset was spectacular. The trees are tall in this area, and if you go to the golf course you can probably see the sunset, but in general this is the best place. Today there was a north wind and it was cold.I asked the staff, but it's a cool place near the city center.

It was my first time using it. I went with my family of four, and the room was just the right size, with two beds and a Japanese-style room with an extra futon. Although the facility is not new, it was clean and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The access is quite high up in the mountains, so there's nothing nearby. You can also use the restaurant, but it is expensive. If you are a Harvest member, it may be included.Although we used it in August, the altitude was high and there was a lot of wind, so it felt cool. I would like to stay again.
