There is nothing to see compared to the high price. Also, there is an air conditioner in the room, but the air conditioning is weak. It's really hot. Also, among the male staff members standing in front of the hotel's main gate, one was unfriendly and didn't have a good expression on his face. You can't see the sea up close, and you can't see it well because the hotel is far away from the sea.It seems like they can't entertain customers.Don't expect the service of a luxury hotel. However, the staff at the Japanese restaurant have very good service. It was so kind.

The service is great in that it doesn't get too involved, in a good way, and responds appropriately when you talk to them.I am grateful that I was able to let my children play with the hotel facilities even after checking out.As a minus, the overall building and construction are old. Was it originally a resort for some company? Something like this. "Hoshino Resorts"I want an atmosphere that feels a little more like a resort. Also, the food was neither good nor bad. A typical hotel buffet. It's neither new nor luxurious. So I felt the price was quite high. With that kind of content, all-you-can-eat restaurants in town are much better.(Dinner buffet 90 minute limit. 6000 yen per person)*Of course, alcohol is charged separately. Beer around 1,000 yenThere were only a few souvenirs sold in the shop, and if you were planning on drinking in your room, you'd have to bring your own snacks and alcohol.(It takes 20 minutes to walk up the hill to the nearest convenience store.)

Although it is located on the top of a mountain and has difficult access,That being said, the scenery is good. The people at the front desk on the 10th floor are courteous, but their voices are a little low and hard to hear.On the 9th floor, which has an open atrium, garden beds were hung, giving the feeling of special seating. There was only one activity booth and there was quite a line, so I wish there was at least one more booth in case it gets crowded. The white sand Himono BAR on the 11th floor is quite spacious and has various types of chairs, making it look like a stylish beachside cafe.It was also nice to have samples of each book available for purchase so you could preview them.Every floor has a nice view, but there is a lot of movement. However, the room was large and the balcony was spacious, so I was able to relax and lie down here and there. The lamp above the dining table is stylishly low and hits your head...We had breakfast in the evening, and both the staff and the person preparing the food were very attentive to our customers, making the delicious food even more delicious.Since it's Hoshino, we had high expectations, and the reviews are mixed, but I'm glad we chose a facility that we liked.

This is a hotel that children will enjoy (my child is 6 years old). There are various places to play, but the hotel is so large that it's far from your room. The food is averagely expensive. It's an inbound fee.

3 generation family trip. Both children and adults enjoyed it and had the best family time. The children were very happy to enjoy the various activities. The 2 nights and 3 days went by in the blink of an eye.

This hotel is completely suitable for families with children (babies, toddlers). The room is big and the bathroom is good. The buffet is also very delicious. There are a lot of families, so the restaurant is a no-no (lol). But since everyone is like that, I think it's great for families with small children because they don't have to worry about each other. Also, the scenery is amazing.

I planned a trip for 3 generations of my family at this hotel for a trip to fulfill my filial obligation. I booked for 2 nights and was happy with the results. We had a 1-year-old with us, so there were plenty of places to play, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of things that kids could eat, so it was great for a trip with 3 kids. However, I have the impression that the hotel fee alone is quite expensive.
