Old and neglected onsen. Rooms are relatively large but outdated, poor WiFi when there are a lot of guests on site. Relentless and, by Japanese standards, unfriendly service staff. Little information on site, can be reached by public transport but due to the geographical location of the region a car/taxi would be preferable.Unfortunately, the service staff isn't much help. The price is quite high for the facilities and service. Since the region is in demand, you can afford it.

The hotel is kind of... old. The automatic front doors don't work, so you have to open them by hand. The decor is old and could use a bit of paint. There is this whole 70's hotel vibe going on. …

There were scattered items and smartphones at the entrance, and the owner was not present at the time of check-in, so when I called, I felt that the response was slow as the smartphone at the entrance just rang. There were other concerns such as the TV being broken and not working and the lack of amenities. The owner was an Asian foreigner and was very kind. I think it is unavoidable that there will be a delay in response since we only have one or two staff members. However, I thought it was necessary to deal with things like broken TVs.

Before booking this one, remember that no one will respond to your messages or answer any questions. However, they are very enthusiastic when addressing complaints. I wish I had read all your responses here beforehand
