I was left with a good impression of the service where they provided me with mineral water every day and that there were many polite and smiling staff members. However, I did feel disappointed about two things: once I mixed up my luggage with another guest, and once my luggage that I had left at the front desk did not arrive in my room. There were some parts where the paint was peeling off, but there was no problem with using it.It is a 5-6 minute walk from Iwata Station (adult male).I got the impression that they place importance on the comfort of their guests, and I thought it was a wonderful hotel.thank you very much. Please let me use you again.

I arrived in the middle of the night, and the area was dark and lonely, with lots of open space, and I was feeling quite anxious. I went to the convenience store in front of the station. The hotel's facilities and services are average, the rooms are clean and fully equipped with amenities, and the price is quite low, which is a great deal, but the surrounding area was lonely and a little inconvenient. By the way, it seems that those staying without meals can also order breakfast at the inn for 700 yen, and in the evening, they can also have a set meal at the in-house restaurant (though this has not been confirmed).

Used live. I made a reservation because I was attracted by the low price (6000 yen per night), but the front desk service was so bad that there was no explanation at all. When you leave, you will be asked to hand over your keys. The air conditioning in the room doesn't work at all (you'll get heat stroke. I understand that you can't turn it on because the building is old, but you should at least turn on a window air conditioner. They won't lend you a fan unless you ask, and if it's this hot, they have it in every room. There was no explanation that there was only indirect lighting. If you ask on the phone, they will hang up mid-conversation. There were words of apology, but I felt like I should apologize for now. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, and there was a lot of water stains with mysterious hair stuck to the sink. There are a lot of spider webs on the window frame. I realized once again how important it is to do your homework when making a hotel reservation. Judging from the reviews, I guess men and women are treated differently. I haven't received any mineral water.

I used this hotel during a soccer field trip. The person at the front desk was kind enough to explain things I didn't understand, and even though I was in a single room, it was a very adequate room! I could eat a lot of breakfast for 700 yen, so breakfast was cheap and delicious! I would like to use it again!

We stayed for two nights.Since I arrived late at night and had to use the front desk 24 hours a day, I only needed to sleep while working, so I decided on this reasonably priced hotel. The staff were very nice. However, since I made the decision in a hurry, I didn't do much research, but it's a fairly old hotel. In addition to the structure, it is also dark overall. There was no lighting throughout the room, only the desk stand and dark tone bed stand. The air conditioner has 3 levels and the air volume cannot be adjusted. The bed had bumpy springs and the bedding was so old that it looked like it had been used for decades. The whole hotel smells musty. Especially in the hallway and right after I turned on the air conditioning. The good thing is that the water pressure in the shower is high, the amenities are complete, and yukatas are provided, so men can stay overnight without bringing anything.I wonder if men can handle just sleeping. I feel it's not suitable for women. It can't be helped that it's old, but I think it's time to at least get a new bed and bedding...Well, I was very satisfied with how cheap it was.Next time I will choose another hotel even if it is more expensive.
