We have a wonderful stay for 2 nights. All the service are excellent, specially the staff at front desk and restaurant. We appreciate the service from Ms.今 for providing excellent service during our meal. She specifically introduced every dish and provided excellent wine service to us. The environment of the hotel are awesome, we have a memorable experience. Willing to come back in the future.

The hotel is great and room is big for our family of 3 adults. All the facilities are good and the food is good (both dinner and breakfast). The only compliant that I have is that the in room onsan does not work. …

One of my favourite hotels in Japan. The service is great, the staff is friendly and professional. The room is clean with an outstanding water view. Something should be improved is the smoking smell while opening the door ( we had a water view room).

The worst service I have ever experienced in Japan. The hotel gave us a room that is right in front of the lobby and close to the elevator, there was people laughing and talking outside at the lobby and we can hear it clearly inside the room, since it was late and we were very tired, we asked the front desk to change to a quiet room, but the front desk refused, and told us if we need a quiet room, we can only upgrade to another room which is almost twice of the price we booked. We had no choice but paid to upgrade. The second day, when we complained to the manager about the noise, he claimed that their hotel won’t guarantee a quiet environment for guest, and told us: “If there’s noise, you should just accept it.”“It’s not like a construction site,” he said, “and I believe it will be quiet after 0:00am.”I was shocked to hear such statement from a hotel, they showed no respect to their clients and their altitude is extremely arrogant.I won’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel if you need a good sleep and service.

I give this hotel 1 star. The customer service here is horrible. This is not a great place for large tourist groups. We waited over 2hrs just to get two rooms here and mind you there was no one else at the front desk just us.

The lobby and terrance view are breath taking . The room size is big with a magnificent view and big washing room and bath room . The onsen is average , overall I like this hotel and will try to stay at other location .
