I keep coming back to this hotel on my travels for rest and couple days down time but always staying longer than I should as the hotel in the Daiwa group has a high quality reception staff and rooms are clean except for the smoking floors but they’ve put electric air purifiers in ever plug to try and combat that particular smell. A great lady( I was rude not to ask her name )showed me this week those robots in reception give change when you wish to do your laundry or use vending machines. It’s a great area to stay with the station close by and food halls on the opposite bus terminal (south side) and woods and beach is only a 20 min walk and with Fiji on the northern side so if they can give you that window you get a beautiful clear day and catch a peak. The staff make a hotel 10/10

Stayed in May 2024Very close to the North Exit of Numazu station and in a 100 meter radius of Lawson, 7-11 and several restaurants since its close proximity to the station. My husband got sick and we needed help preparing for a potential rebooking at the next hotel on our travel itinerary. Mr. Matsamato (not sure if that's his exact name) bent over backwards to help us. His colleague on the morning shift also proactively assisted us. We were very impressed and grateful for all their kind their help. :-)

unfortunately the hotel was full then we been set to smoking room. the room was very smelly we tried to open the window for get some fresh air but it seems it didn’t working. we hope the hotel can offer more non-smoking room.

for the price, it has a good location and is very spacious... We even got a Mt Fuji view from our window. The room was well equipped with quick water heating and a humidifier

Do you like plastic furniture? I mean furniture made with lots of vinyl? This is your place. Yeah this is a three star hotel, but three is a strange number. Bottom three I would say. The staff was very attentive. It's a good choice in this town. You will find tourists here. We bumped into some military types.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed in Japan. The room wasn’t very big but super clean and the bedding was really comfortable. It has a nice work desk and very big windows that you can see mt. Fuji when the weather is good. There are lots of restaurants and conbinis around and they have a big parking space that connects to the building too. Everything was just perfect. I would stay here again when I’m nearby.

The hotel is very close to Numazu station, though there’s still a bit of walk required.Rooms are not as small as other Japanese hotels. Very basic but new.
