The food was disastrous and terrible.How to cut vegetables, season them, arrange them,None of that is possible.Also, at check-in,I was waiting on the sofa while looking outside.In a loud voice, butPlease come to the front desk with your full name.I was called out to.I think there will be many different people.It's inappropriate in a situation like that.If there is a check-in sign or explanation, etc.Come next to the sofa or directly across from it.It's smarter to do so.customer service, food, hospitality,I think it would be a good idea to reconsider employee training.

This hotel has a very nice view.It is located quite high up the mountain.I was thinking of taking a taxi from the station.There were no taxis at the deserted station,I called the hotel, was told the time of the shuttle bus, and was given a ride.The view from the front of the hotel is very nice, but why? We were the only ones not allowed to take pictures.I forgot about Ikkyu's diamond benefit. I received a phone call from my room apologizing.I received a small candy.There was also a late checkout benefit.The room is generally clean.Unfortunately, the open-air bath is not as good as a guest room with an open-air bath.There is a small bus outside. The scenery is good, but only to a certain extent.The food at the restaurant has been upgraded.It was delicious as usual.If anything, it's the trendy photos that stand out right now.Is this hotel suitable for young people where you can take pictures? I felt that.Overall, I felt that the service was not worth the price.

We went on our honeymoon and it was really good. Luxurious and romantic environment. Beautiful landscapes and large gardens.Very polite staff.The shower and yesterday had a bad smell. That's the only negative point.The restaurant has excellent service with delicious and refined dishes.

Best facilities, location and serviceThis was my second stay this summer. I wasn't able to reserve the room last time, but I was able to fully enjoy my stay. Dinner was served at a Japanese restaurant counter, and the master's conversation was excellent, and the food was delicious. I went there for my wife's birthday, and the service was wonderful, even giving her a souvenir. I will use it again!

I arrived at this hotel with the aim of making the most of my time and wanted quiet and a view. It's a short shuttle bus ride from Atagawa Station, but it's not a problem. The service from the reception at the front desk to the room information, French dinner, Japanese breakfast, and transportation on the way home is very pleasant.

The hotel is also very beautiful and the scenery is spectacular.The food was also very delicious.It was quiet and relaxing.I would like to go again.
