Excellent service and attention! I was impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff was—they assisted me with tour guides and provided great recommendations for exploring the city. The location is perfect, very close to the train station and easy to find. The amenities were also top-notch; I especially appreciated the premium quality shampoo and body soap. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Helpful and kind staff, clean accommodation and excellent location! I stayed for two nights and hiked Fuji in the middle - perfect accommodation right next to the bus stop and train station!

I was worried because it was a privately run outpatient capsule hotel, but it turned out to be a good idea.It is a futuristic system that is well thought out and is close to the station, making full use of digital technology.The first floor has a cafe space, the second floor has eight capsules and a shared toilet and bathroom, and the third floor has one room.The capsule space has a handmade feel and feels like a secret base, and there is no TV. There is a locker on the side with towels in it, and it can fit up to the smallest carry case.Although the operation of accommodation for foreigners can become unsanitary, we have managed to maintain the aspects that make us anxious.You can drink instant tea, coffee, etc., but there are no amenities. The refrigerator is shared and cannot be frozen.Usage fees are flexible at best, but sloppy at worst, and are roughly based on market prices.The staff is multinational, and if you're unlucky, you won't be able to communicate at a high level.The system can be completed using a smartphone, but when checking in, you are asked to enter your personal information on a unique website, and you are also asked to take a photo of your driver's license and My Number, so I thought it was overkill.Parking is available in front of and behind the owner's vehicle and costs an additional 1,000 yen. Tax not included.Security is fully digital, and people who cannot use smartphones or who cannot see small print due to farsightedness are not allowed to operate the electrical equipment or enter the building.There is a risk that some people in the same room may become unwell, so it is best to avoid it if you are not comfortable with it.
