Nice Japanese style hotel. There is a lounge with a beautiful view, an onsen for men and women outside and inside. The service is great and the food was great. We liked it very much.

Love the hotel! We stayed 2 nights there in early August.🌟Hotel facilities: building is old but very clean and very comfortable!🌟Hotel location: convenient if you drive. If not, the hotel has scheduled shuttle service to train station and bus station as well as anytime call for pick up from bus stop service.🌟Room comfort: not big room but comfortable for 3 people. Excellent golf course view!🌟Hot spring: only one outdoor pool, small but the onsen is very good.🌟Meals: amazing! We had two breakfasts and two dinners onsite. Love the dishes!Especially a big thank you to the restaurant manager Shigeru Yamada who was very very kind to us when I made a mistake on communication. Sincerely apologize for causing a trouble to him when he had to change our dinner and suddenly changed back because of my fault! Professionalism and hospitality is all presented! 👍👍👍The front desk is very kind too. It’s a lovely hotel that we will definitely come back for longer stay!

Stayed overnight for a round of golf. Overall, the conductor is smooth and the bath is nice. Too bad there's no sauna. The rice course is a little small, so I added 3 additional items and they were all delicious. I look forward to hearing from you again.

The food was served extremely slowly. More than an hour later, the last dessert hadn't come out, and when I told them I didn't want it and was going back to my room, the employee said, ``I'm sorry,'' and it was clear that the dessert had been delayed.I felt that if I didn't explain why the service was delayed, I wouldn't want to make the customers think it was late. If you're going to keep quiet, I want you to do your job professionally. Also, when serving food, he just put it down without saying a word and immediately acted like he was concerned about the employees around him. Wouldn't it be bad if the customer noticed something like that? If you can't satisfy the customer in front of you, you can't afford to worry about those around you.I felt it was good and bad as a hotel, but the food left a very bad impression.
