The food is really delicious. The sea bream shabu-shabu was especially delicious. The hot springs are also good, so I have returned several times. When I stayed here this time, the smell of fabric softener came from the duvet cover and pillowcase and was so disgusting that I couldn't use the futon. Please refrain from using fabric softener.Mr. Nakai also had a person who had a strong smell of fabric softener, and every time I approached him, I could smell the fabric softener, which was disappointing.I hope it improves.

The location is on a hill in Okuyugawara, so it may not be easy to access if you don't have a car, but the view from the window was nice, and I was able to spend a relaxing time listening to the sound of the river and …

The overall size of the place was small, so I didn't have to move around unnecessarily, so I was able to relax even though my stay was short.[Large bath]Free-flowing hot spring water. It's hot, but once you get in, you'll be able to soak comfortably. The lockers had locks, and it was nice that each section was large.【meal】Although it was a modest plan, it was enough for a woman in her 50s (who is a big eater). Hot items were served piping hot and I enjoyed the variety of flavors.Miso soup with large clams for breakfast. I was happy to be able to refill the hot food in a small pot with a cassette stove.【room】It was small and relaxing. You can wash your hands in the restroom and there are towels. (In other accommodations, you may not be able to wash your hands in the restroom, or the hand towels are made of disposable paper, which is un-eco-friendly.)【others】There was a microwave near the front desk that you could use freely.[Customer service]Most of the waitresses are energetic and older, and I get the impression that they are very attentive.Perhaps it was just a coincidence, but whenever I passed by the entrance, the hostess was always discreetly waiting for me, and I felt at ease knowing that I could ask them a few questions.Anyway, I felt that they had a strong desire to ``make the customer's time comfortable'' and ``not keep the customers waiting.''It's a little disappointing that check-in at Onoya Ryokan is at 3pm and check-out at 10am (I usually choose accommodations where I can stay an hour longer each time I stay in and out). However, I would like to hear about the satisfaction level that outweighs the disappointment.Thank you for your help♬

Room 3, Bath 4, Cooking (breakfast) 4, Cooking (dinner) 4,Customer service: 3, cleanliness: 4 (all evaluations on a 5-point scale)Room: Cleanliness is thorough. However, there was a rather large hole in one door,The faucet in the bathroom in the room isHot water was leaking from strange places along the way.(No problem in use).Trying to get some fresh air in,Although it was a good idea to open the sash,When I tried to close it, it didn't close easily, probably due to poor construction. There will be a priority order for repairs within the facility, butI wonder if I can have a better time if I repair it.I thought. The bath in the room isIt is small enough for one adult,It takes time for the hot water to fill up.Baths: The public baths are open for men and women depending on the time of day.The hot water and the size were great.Free flowing water without circulation filtration is still good.Cuisine: Both evening and morning dishes are creative. It was very delicious. However, overall the amount was too large,I could hardly eat the last one (only at night).Customer service: Ask questions to Mr. Nakai in the escorted roomI did, but I couldn't get a meaningful answer.Other customer service was good. It's a shame.Other: Routes in front of the inn entrance and near the inn along the way:It's steep and narrow, soI had to drive the car in fear. For children, if you make a reservation for "meals only",It doesn't seem to come with a bath towel or yukata, soThis time I had to use my own stuff.I have stayed at other hotels and inns many times,Even if it is only for meals, bath towels,Yukata was always included, soWhat is an option (separate charge)?I didn't think so.*This is an inn with almost the same accommodation fee level.

The other day, I went on a long trip with some friends and stayed at Ohnoya Ryokan! The inn is a little old, so the floor of the room creaked and I was a little worried about the footsteps from upstairs! However, the food was delicious and everyone was satisfied. Both dinner and breakfast were plentiful and very good. The bath was also very nice! The Nakai was also very nice and we had a great time! Thank you very much🙇
