First of all, highlight the exquisite attention of all the staff. Flawless! The hotel is somewhat old, but it follows the tune of the area in which it is located. It is very well cared for and very clean. The rooms are spacious and clean, with incredible views. While we had breakfast or went to dinner, they prepared the futon-type beds for us.The two nights we stayed we reserved the private onsen, they are worth it, one has a higher temperature than the other. As for breakfast, if you do not want to have a Japanese-style breakfast, indicate when you check in that you want a Western-style breakfast. It has the bus stop right in front of the hotel, well connected, if you have any questions the workers help you in any way they can.I totally recommend it!

It was near Susuki. If you forget to buy something, you can buy it at a nearby convenience store. It feels like a renovated Showa-era inn. The lobby was on the first floor, the bathrooms and meals were on the third floor. Access is inconvenient. The hallway smells a little musty. The room had been renovated and was spacious and clean. The lighting in the bedroom has 3 levels of brightness. It changes by turning the switch on and off continuously. Unfortunately, the indoor bath and the outdoor bath are far apart, so you have to change your clothes before you go. There is no safety box in the changing room of the open-air bath, so I think it's best to leave it in the indoor bath. Both the indoor bath and the outdoor bath are very hot. Add water and adjust the temperature with the paddle. I think the temperature at the source is 60 degrees. If you don't know, you can't enter. I would like an explanation at check-in. I asked the person cleaning the bathroom. There is no sauna. The hot water was cloudy and gentle on the skin. It might be a good idea to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Dinner was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast is a little modest in quantity. It was a strange feeling since the inn had a lot of foreign guests. The hallways and facilities are old-fashioned, so you shouldn't expect a modern luxury inn. The service was also great. Next time I would like to stay on a different boat.

Poor overall service and room attendant service. There was only one yukata each. …

Don't hesitate to visit this Ryokan! A wonderful experience, with attentive, helpful staff who do not let any detail be overlooked. We stayed two nights, in a traditional style room, where you slept on futons, also highly recommended. They have a public onsen, and two private onsen, we tried both and it was wonderful! The attention of all the staff was impeccable, as our pension included breakfast (traditional Japanese) and we ate rather little, they waited for us until we returned from sightseeing to ask us what changes to make for breakfast the next morning, and so it was. they did. We have no complaints, on the contrary, we only have good words for this hotel. If you have the opportunity to come, don't hesitate, it's worth every yen they ask for!

It was a wonderful experience! If you hesitate about spending the money - do it! It’s really worth it. Especially the dinner was incredible and so tasty! The traditional Japanese breakfast was an experience - new to us, we didnt love everything but it was really interesting and I‘d highly recommend it! Wearing the beautiful Yukata around the premises was fun, they even give you another Yukata for the Night. Our room was very spacious with 2 very comfy futons. We used the regular onsen and booked the private one as well - all open air and very hot but so much fun!

My first ryokan experience. Of course, the staff are friendly. I felt like Ms. Nae, who seemed to be a student in charge of the room, really did her best to provide service. Dinner is served as a kaiseki meal in the communal dining room, and as expected, it is healthy and tastes simple. Kaiseki means eating with your eyes, not your mouth. The private bath during the day (cost about 2,000 yen, 45 minutes) was good, and after dinner, I went to the public open-air bath around 9:30, but there was no one there until I left before 11, so I used it as if it were a private bath. ^^ When I came out of the hot spring, my whole body smelled of sulfur. ~~ I don't know if it's a placebo, but my waist, which was normally uncomfortable, has improved, and especially the dead skin on my toes has disappeared smoothly. Awesome bangtong. The hot springs here are undoubtedly steaming. My first experience at a ryokan that I would like to return to someday.

It's easily one of the most hospitable hotels I've stayed at. On arrival, two gentlemen greeted us and took our bags, which immediately was taken to our room while we checked in.The check-in was smooth and very informative, catering to our dietary needs for breakfast and telling us about the local area. We were then taken to our room by a lovely lady who brought tea, hand towels, and a light snack and robes for us. Booked a private onson for me and my partner, which was beautiful after a long day of travel.Sad to only stay two nights, the team was incredible.Love this hotel. Thank you, team, for all the work you do!
