I visited there two years ago and it was so good that I decided to stay there again. My first impression was that the number of foreigners had increased significantly compared to two years ago.The service and food were very good, just like last time!I was a little disappointed that they didn't have the asparagus meat rolls that you could order last time, lol. There were a lot of different types of alcohol, which was great, but I thought it would be even better if there were more types of non-alcoholic sparkling wine and juice for people who don't drink alcohol. It was an inn that I would like to stay at again. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is the way they treat Chinese people. There are more foreigners than other inns, but there are many American and European customers, and everyone is quiet and using the buffet neatly, which gives a very good impression.I think it's okay if there are fewer Japanese people. I was thinking. However, during the meal, a group of six Chinese people were shown to a nearby table, and they were behaving in a blatantly selfish manner, making a lot of noise and leaving used plates on the table after they had been cleaned. I didn't pay any attention to it, and my mood suddenly dropped. It's noisy and unpleasant to watch, so I'd like people to at least be careful and seat Chinese people in groups.I think Japanese people will turn away if they come to a hot spring to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so I would like to ask for something to be done about it.Other than that, everything was very good and I would like to stay again, so please stay with me again.

My husband and I spent two weeks in Japan and wanted to find a quiet and relaxing place in between the big cities. We found this hotel in Hakone and it was a great finding! …

Stayed here for the first time as a family of 4. Great location. It is conveniently located in front of Lake Ashi and also convenient for going to Owakudani. It was casual, but new, clean and relaxing. Both the food service and the service feel a little lower than Tokyu Harvest. As for the food, I would like something a little more eye-catching.I enjoyed lots of sweets at night. The vegetables in the morning were locally grown. Why not include the pancake machine that is everywhere these days?I was happy that the customer base was mostly Westerners and there were no people from the continent!
