Although the facility itself was beautiful, I often felt that the staff was not well-trained.There is almost no explanation of the facilities when staying, so I don't know what is available, and even when I ask different staff, their attitude is bad and unpleasant.With this service at this price, I won't have it again.

Although it is connected to the shore of Lake Hamana, it stands on a peninsula on a slightly higher hill than Lake Plaza. The 3-story building including the restaurant and the 1st floor are low, which has an effect on the resort's rating. The hotel entrance is at the very back. A parking lot is available on your right.When you enter the entrance, there are two counters: a check counter on the right and a counter for members at the back. You can access the courtyard through a door on a single wall. One side is covered with grass and there are tables perfect for drinking tea.There is also a lounge on the left as you enter. Available to members of 4 classes. We offer drinks such as coffee, tea, beer, whiskey, and champagne, as well as cookies and snacks. Of course, you can enjoy magazines and the view of Lake Hamana.Since it's October now, Halloween items and goods are displayed all over the hotel.For the French restaurant, go through the door in the middle, and for the Japanese-Western style meal, use the stairs and door with a slope at the front.Today, I used a standard type room. Because it is on the first floor, the view and garden are maintained. The floor plan is the most compact, but it has a spacious bathroom and toilet.At the end of October, breakfast is Western food. The omelet and pot-au-feu were delicious and autumn-like.This is a view of the sunrise from the 3rd floor of the new building of Chiara Hotel.I used the carbonated spring bath and sauna at noon. S Tani and the staff wearing suits are not nice.Talking to customers while filling drinks in the club lounge. It's a nuisance.The milk in the coffee maker ran out, so I tried to make her hear me, but she kept talking.I have no choice but to go to the front desk and ask the staff to refill it.When I asked for milk to be refilled and tried to make coffee, a staff member named S seemed to be making coffee for customers and kept using the coffee maker. How many minutes do you have to wait for a cup of coffee?Staff other than S are good. I can see that the newcomers are also working hard.I will go again.
