Good, friendly staff. We did not speak the language so they were patient and helpful with us. Google translate was definitely helpful.View was amazing, if you want a great view of the ocean. Stay here.Rooms are dated but that kinda added to the charm? It's probably not been touched since the 1980s. The rooms are clean and put together though. The package we got had dinner and breakfast. Dinner was really good. Was a buffet. Only grab what you can eat. We ended up sleeping through our breakfast.

The room space is OK. Facility is old. The design is also old. The view is ok (lake view). The wifi is extremely SLOW and UNUSEABLE. The air is pure. There is no activities around the hotel, just stay in the hotel and sleep like a baby.

Went for lunch buffet only. Food was great. The lication and view is great. Price is very fair. But the table was very low and looked like a temporarily table solution. Table crossing was old. Change this and it would great lunch place overall. For the lunch i can really recommend this place.

Huge room - 3 big beds, open door with balcony and view over lake. Small table and chairs. Very tired room with dirty carpet and step up to bathroom. Convenience store close by. Lovely views both sides of hotel.

Took a tour from Tokyo to Osaka and this was a great one night stop. We had a bento dinner in tatami room which included 12 different types of food. Finished the day with a wonderful hot spring bath. ||Hotel is very large and accommodated several tour groups plus other guests.

Pretty horrible hotel for $130 a night. Why are Shinjuku hotels $90 and super clean and Ocean is old and nasty. The floor is uneven and bumpy. The bathroom is like 10 inch step from the hallway...why? There's like 500 Chinese people saying there and pretty popular, not sure why either. Have low expectations than the pictures you see online. This place hasn't been remodeled for 30 years. The hallway in 8th floor smelled super moldy and smelly...must be the carpet because carpet looked filthy.

The hotel was facing directly the lake and ocean. Great view from our hotel rooms and was very windy. The rooms were very spacious compared to all the hotels we have stayed during our 'Nagoya and surrounding' trip. It is also near to seafood restaurants.
