In any case, there are many people with children, so it is not suitable for couples without children. The dining room is also noisy, full of children, and lacks a sense of cleanliness.Even in the public bath, there were parents who were holding their children in the hot water who were obviously not old enough to take their diapers off, so it was so disgusting that I didn't feel like going in.Since it was the same time of year that I went there, the accommodation costs weren't cheap either, so I decided I'd never go here again. If the accommodation fee was around 19,000 per person, it might have been acceptable.

It was my first time using it.The location was close to the highway, and I was able to store my luggage before check-in, so I was able to play Palpal. The customer service was great, and the room and bathroom were clean. The meal was a buffet, so it was good for children who are picky eaters. However, if I'm being greedy, it was a little difficult for pregnant women because it was far away from where the food was available. I was glad that there was such consideration.Unfortunately, the futon was thin and laid out on tatami mats, but when we woke up, all the family members complained that their bodies were hurting. I was disappointed in that, but I would like to stay in a baby room next time I have a baby.

My family used the Sky Court building. It's very easy to use for car groups as it's right off the expressway. (There is a zoo nearby and Hamana Lake Pal Pal next door.)The buffet is very delicious and there are two hot springs. The rooms in the Sky Court building have unit baths, so I took my 0-year-old child there. (Baby baths are available at the hot springs.)There is a free children's playground where preschoolers can play. The slide is small, but there are many other toys as well. There are plenty of amenities for children as well. The children were also excited. The buffet also has everything you need for baby food and children's meals. I always have a lot of luggage, so this is really helpful. You can also get admission tickets to Palpal, so this is a great hotel for families with children. This hotel is also great for adults as it offers unlimited alcohol at night. We also prepared a birthday plate so we could give our family a little surprise. The staff at meal time were also very kind. The whole family was satisfied.

Although the reviews are highly rated, I thought this was only for families with babies and preschoolers. The rooms have been renovated and are reasonably good, but the building itself is old, so I was worried about its age.The children's playground, services, and baths are wonderful, but would you rather come as a couple or senior citizen rather than with children? If you ask me that, I'll be like, hmmm. I felt like my feet were being watched.Dinner was certainly delicious, but I still felt it was expensive. I feel like it's natural that the price is such that you can eat a fine course meal, so it's delicious. Moreover, since there were three generations of my family, we had a large number of people, so the price was like that of a high-end hotel.I feel like I would like to stay again if the hotel had a better balance of amenities, such as an all-inclusive hotel with lounge service. There was a misunderstanding between the people at the front desk, but they didn't seem to be very flexible, but the person above came out and everything was fine.

The bath for guests was very nice.I arrived in the morning, and there were hardly any people around at that time of day, so the scenery outside was very beautiful.

The floor heating until you get to the changing room in the bath is unbearable in winter! ️The bathtub is also beautiful, I think I'll go again!!

We stayed here for 2 nights in early October.1.RoomWe chose the Sky Court building because it was close to restaurants and public baths. The room was clean, but it seemed like it was an older building and the bathroom in the room had a slightly old smell. However, since there was a large public bath, I didn't take a bath in the room, and the building was high enough that I could see Lake Hamana. I haven't stayed in the newer building, but the restaurant and public bath are not far away, so I thought it would be a good idea to stay there next time.2.MealsThe restaurant's buffet had many varieties, including grilled eel and grilled meat. The desserts were so plentiful that I ended up eating way too much. There was a lot of alcohol, and I almost ended up drinking too much.3. Hot springThe public bath was reserved for overnight guests and shared with day-trippers. There is only one bathtub for guests only, but it was empty and I was able to bathe quietly. There were also free massage chairs. There are two outdoor bathtubs and two indoor bathtubs for those sharing the bath with day-trippers, so you can enjoy each one. Even though it's shared, it didn't feel crowded, so I was able to relax and relax.4.ServiceAbove all, the service from the hotel staff was excellent and I had a very comfortable stay. Although our family has finished raising children, the entire hotel seemed to be child-friendly, including play facilities for babies and children, baby food, and a baby bath. I wanted to bring my grandchildren someday.

I used it to take my kids to Palpal. There are many other customers with children, so I think it is suitable for families with small children. There is also a kids' space, so the kids seemed satisfied, but it's only for preschoolers. There were various comments, but my family felt that the staff's response was generally good. The hot springs are definitely not as good as super public baths, but I'm satisfied enough. Also, dinner was a buffet, and there was a wide selection of children's menus, which was very helpful given the picky eating habits of our children. There was a comment that it was a long walk around the building, but my kids aren't satisfied unless I let them walk, so it was perfect. We were able to go to Palpal without leaving our car in the parking lot, and we were able to use the hot springs on the way back, so it was a very fulfilling experience for our family.I wanted to go again.I don't have a negative opinion, but I think it depends on the plan, but I thought the price was a little high because I stayed on a Saturday night. Next time I would like to go on a weekday.

Perhaps the main target is families with children coming to the adjacent amusement park, but it is extremely unsuitable for a quiet stay. Buffet-style meals are also commonplace. It should be used as an accommodation facility for sightseeing at Kanzanji Temple.
