It's a small inn near Atami Station, but the customer service was good. The bath was small, but I enjoyed it leisurely.

The location is 6/5. Best location you could have. The service was quick, friendly and professional. The room was fairly spacious but a bit on the older side. Good overall though and comfortable to stay in.The onsen itself was very nice visually but had low selection of temperatures and wasn't "ergonomic" or comfortable to sit and relax in.It was a very good experience culturally and for photos, so I'd recommend going for a night for sure. But otherwise enjoy doing a day visit to a bathhouse or other onsen.

It is located right after passing through Nakamise from the station.Although the inn is old, it has been renovated and the rooms are clean. It looks like the cleaning was done well ♥I chose a private open-air bath plan, so I can fully enjoy the open-air bath and the large communal bath. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious.I didn't have high expectations for the sashimi, but it was a passing grade.Unfortunately, it is far from barrier-free because it is an addition to the building, and the dining area is far away and there are stairs and slopes. When choosing a colored yukata, I don't know if there are any sizes. In the end, it was too small to wear. I wanted you to explain. It also came with a soft serve ice cream ticket. The time slot ended early and I couldn't eat.The ladies plan was meaningless (lol)Overall it's a good innIt may be difficult for the elderly, but if you have bad legs, please let us know when making your reservation. The staff is kind, so I'm sure they'll come up with something to help you!

My family and I love staying at this hotel. It’s our favourite onsen place to visit. Food is amazing and the cold beers and drinks on the private bath are truly a lovely gesture. Great location too and super friendly and helpful staff.

Wonderful ryokan! Expensive, but felt worth it for a special occasion. The breakfast and dinner included were excellent and beautifully presented and served. The semi suite we booked had its own onsen, and it was amazing.

I don’t think it is a good choice for daily onsen. $1200 for each person, from 1pm to 5pm, and just only 3 small onsen inside. No sea view from the onsen.
